7.1 No Video Output on Monitor

  • Check if the monitor is powered on and correctly connected to the NVR's HDMI or VGA port.
  • Ensure the NVR is powered on and its SYS LED is stable.
  • Try a different HDMI/VGA cable or monitor.

7.2 Cameras Not Displaying

  • Verify that cameras are properly connected to the NVR's PoE ports.
  • Check the camera's power and network status indicators.
  • Ensure the NVR's PoE Max LED is not indicating an overload.
  • Check camera settings within the NVR interface to ensure they are enabled and configured correctly.

7.3 Remote Access Issues

  • Ensure the NVR is connected to the internet and has a valid IP address.
  • Verify that the VIGI App or VIGI Security Manager software is up-to-date.
  • Check your network firewall settings if you are experiencing connectivity issues.
