ProblemSolution
No sound from headphones
  • Ensure the transmitter is correctly connected to both power (USB) and the TV's audio output.
  • Verify the headphones are powered on and successfully paired (slow breathing blue light).
  • Check TV audio settings:
    • For Optical connection: Set TV audio format to 'PCM' and 'DOLBY/DTS' to 'OFF'.
    • For 3.5mm AUX/RCA connection: Set TV Sound OUT to 'Headset' or 'External speaker'.
    • For USB Audio Output: Set TV audio to 'USB'.

Sound from both TV and headphones
  • If using 3.5mm/USB connection, only the headphones should have sound. Check TV settings.
  • If using Optical/RCA connection, both TV and headphones may have sound simultaneously depending on TV model. Adjust TV volume to mute internal speakers if desired.
Frequent disconnections or poor signal
  • Ensure the transmitter is not obstructed and is within the 165ft (50m) range.
  • Minimize physical or wireless interference from other devices.
  • Ensure the TV is not connected to other Bluetooth devices.
  • If the USB connector on the TV causes reconnection issues, try powering the transmitter with a separate USB power adapter.
Headphones not charging
  • Verify the Type-C power cable is securely connected to both the headphones and a working USB power source.
  • Check if the power source is active.
