Using the Frother

5. Press the ON/OFF button a third time to cycle to the highest speed (23000 RPM). All three speed indicator lights will illuminate.
6. Press the ON/OFF button a fourth time to turn off the frother.
7. For best frothing results, move the whisk head up and down gently in the liquid.
