1. Introduction

Welcome to the world of high-performance gaming with your new NSX GAMING Raptor Desktop. This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your PC. Designed for an immersive gaming experience, the Raptor Desktop features an AMD Ryzen 7 5700G processor, 16GB DDR4 3600MHz RAM, and a fast 512GB M.2 NVMe SSD, all running on Windows 11.

Please read this manual thoroughly before using your new system to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

2. Unboxing and Initial Setup

Follow these steps to safely unbox and set up your NSX GAMING Raptor Desktop.

2.1 Box Contents

Your NSX GAMING Raptor Desktop package should contain the following items:

2.2 Unboxing Procedure

For a visual guide, please refer to the official unboxing video below. Always handle the PC with care to prevent damage.

Video 1: Step-by-step unboxing guide for the NSX Gaming PC. This video demonstrates how to safely remove the PC and its components from the packaging, including the keyboard, mouse, and power cable, and how to access the internal components by removing the side panel.

  1. Place the box on a flat, stable surface.
  2. Open the top flaps of the box.
  3. Remove the Quick Start Guide, Gaming Keyboard, Gaming Mouse, and Power Cable/Accessories Box.
  4. Carefully lay the box on its side and slide out the PC tower, which is protected by foam inserts and a plastic bag.
  5. Remove the foam packaging from the top and bottom of the PC. Keep the shaped foam for future transportation.
  6. Remove the plastic bag covering the PC.
  7. Locate and remove the screws on the rear of the PC that secure the side panel. Carefully slide the side panel off.
  8. Remove any internal foam packaging or protective inserts from inside the PC. Ensure all components are securely seated.
  9. Replace the side panel and secure it with the screws.

2.3 Connecting Peripherals

Connect your monitor, keyboard, mouse, and other peripherals to the appropriate ports on the back and front of the PC.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Powering On

Once all peripherals are connected, press the power button located on the front panel of the PC tower. The system will boot up, and the RGB fans will illuminate.

3.2 Initial Windows 11 Setup

Your PC comes pre-installed with Windows 11. Upon first boot, you will be guided through the initial Windows setup process, which includes:

Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the setup. Once finished, your desktop will appear, and you can begin using your PC.

3.3 Shutting Down

To properly shut down your PC, click the Start button (Windows icon) on the taskbar, then click the Power icon, and select "Shut down." Avoid powering off the system directly from the power button unless absolutely necessary to prevent data loss or system corruption.

5. Troubleshooting
