2. Safety Instructions

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, observe the following safety precautions:

  • Ensure the power supply voltage matches the fan's requirements.
  • Do not operate the fan with a damaged cord or plug.
  • Keep fingers and other objects away from the fan blades and moving parts during operation.
  • Do not use the fan in wet or damp environments, such as bathrooms or near water sources.
  • Unplug the fan from the power outlet before cleaning or performing any maintenance.
  • Do not attempt to repair or modify the fan yourself. Contact qualified service personnel for repairs.
  • Keep the fan out of reach of children and pets.

5. Installation

The fan can be installed on a wall using either nails or nail-free adhesive, depending on the surface.

5.1 Wall Bracket Preparation

5.2 Installation on Non-Glass Surfaces (e.g., Walls)

For surfaces like painted walls, use the provided nails:

  1. Select a suitable location on the wall for mounting. Ensure it is a sturdy surface, preferably a wall stud, to support the fan's weight.
  2. Position the wall bracket against the wall at the desired height.
  3. Mark the positions for the two nails through the bracket's holes.
  4. Securely fix the bracket to the wall using the included nails.
  5. Once the bracket is firmly attached, slide the fan onto the bracket until it clicks into place.

5.3 Installation on Smooth Surfaces (e.g., Glass, Wood, Metal, Ceramic Tiles)

For smooth surfaces, use the provided nail-free adhesive:

  1. Clean the chosen smooth surface thoroughly to ensure it is free of dust and grease.
  2. Apply the nail-free adhesive to the back of the wall bracket as instructed on the adhesive packaging.
  3. Press the bracket firmly against the desired location on the wall.
  4. Use the auxiliary stickers to hold the bracket in place while the adhesive cures (refer to adhesive instructions for curing time).
  5. Once the adhesive has fully cured and the bracket is securely attached, slide the fan onto the bracket.

Note: Always ensure the bracket is completely secure before attaching the fan. Read the adhesive instructions carefully.

6. Operating Instructions

Your fan can be controlled using the buttons on the unit or the included remote control.

6.1 Control Panel and Remote Overview

  • Power Switch/Speed Button: Turns the fan on/off and cycles through speed settings.
  • Oscillation Button: Activates or deactivates the 90° horizontal oscillation.
  • Timer Button: Sets the automatic shut-off timer.

6.2 Power On/Off and Speed Settings

  1. Plug the fan into a standard electrical outlet.
  2. Press the Power Switch/Speed Button on the fan or remote to turn the fan on.
  3. Press the Power Switch/Speed Button repeatedly to cycle through the 4 speed settings: Low, Middle, High, Super.
  4. To turn the fan off, continue pressing the Power Switch/Speed Button until the fan stops, or press and hold the button for a few seconds.

6.3 Oscillation and Tilt Adjustment

  • Horizontal Oscillation: Press the Oscillation Button on the fan or remote to start the 90° horizontal oscillation. Press it again to stop oscillation at the current position.
  • Vertical Tilt: The fan head can be manually adjusted up or down by 120° to direct airflow as needed. Gently tilt the fan head to the desired angle.

6.4 Timer Settings

The fan features a timer function for automatic shut-off:

  • Press the Timer Button on the fan or remote to activate the timer.
  • Each press will cycle through the available timer settings: 0.5 hours, 1.5 hours, 4 hours, and 8 hours.
  • The fan will automatically turn off after the selected time duration.
  • To cancel the timer, cycle through the settings until no timer indicator is lit, or turn the fan off.

7. Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your fan.

  1. Disconnect Power: Always unplug the fan from the power outlet before cleaning.
  2. Remove Front Grille: Rotate the fan's front frame counter-clockwise to detach the grille. A screwdriver may be needed for initial loosening.
  3. Clean Blades and Grille: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe dust from the fan blades and the inside of the grille. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembly.
  4. Clean Exterior: Wipe the exterior surfaces of the fan with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  5. Reassemble: Align the front grille and rotate clockwise until securely fastened.

Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the fan in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your fan, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
