4.1 Basic Distance Measurement
- Point the laser at the target surface.
- Press the MEAS/ON button once. The measurement result will appear on the display.
4.2 Continuous Measurement (Tracking)
This mode allows for dynamic measurement, displaying the current distance as the device is moved.
- From standby, press and hold the MEAS/ON button.
- Move the device to track distances. The display will update in real-time.
- Press MEAS/ON again to stop continuous measurement.
4.3 Area and Volume Measurement
The device can calculate area (length x width) and volume (length x width x height).
- Area: Enter area mode (refer to manual for specific button sequence). Measure length, then width. The device will calculate and display the area.
- Volume: Enter volume mode. Measure length, width, then height. The device will calculate and display the volume.
4.4 Pythagorean Measurement
This function allows indirect measurement of heights or distances using the Pythagorean theorem.
- Select the desired Pythagorean mode (e.g., two-point or three-point measurement).
- Follow the on-screen prompts to take the required measurements (e.g., hypotenuse, base). The device will calculate the unknown side.
4.5 Electronic Angle Sensor
The integrated electronic angle sensor displays the tilt angle in real-time, aiding in precise alignment and indirect measurements.
