The containers feature an airtight silicone seal, a hinged lid for easy access, and convenient measurement markings. 2. Package Contents

3. Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage.
2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the containers and scoops with warm, soapy water or place them in the dishwasher. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Opening and Closing the Lid

• To open, unlatch the metal clasp on the front of the lid and lift the hinged lid upwards.
• To close, press the lid down firmly until the silicone seal engages, then secure the metal clasp. Ensure the clasp clicks into place to maintain an airtight seal.

4.2 Filling the Container

• Fill the container with your desired dry goods, such as rice, beans, or oatmeal.
• The clear plastic allows for easy visibility of contents and remaining quantity.
• Measurement markings on the side of the container indicate volume for convenient tracking.

4.3 Using the Included Scoop

5. Maintenance and Care

• Cleaning: The ProKeeper+ containers and scoops are dishwasher safe. For best results, place them on the top rack of your dishwasher.
• Hand Washing: If hand washing, use warm, soapy water and a soft sponge or cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, which can scratch the plastic.
• Drying: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling and storing food to prevent moisture buildup.
• Microwave Use: These containers are not microwave safe. Do not use them in a microwave oven.
• Temperature: Avoid exposing the containers to extreme temperatures.

• Lid not sealing properly: Ensure the silicone seal is correctly seated in the lid and free from any food debris. Check that the metal clasp is fully engaged.
• Difficulty opening the lid: The airtight seal can create a strong vacuum. Place a finger on the lip area and gently lift the lid with your other hand to break the seal.
• Container appears cloudy after washing: This can sometimes occur with plastic in dishwashers. Ensure proper rinse aid is used in your dishwasher, or hand wash with warm, soapy water.
