3. Setup and Assembly
The treadmill comes semi-assembled for quick setup. Follow these steps to prepare your treadmill for use.
3.1 Unboxing and Initial Placement
- Carefully remove the treadmill from its packaging.
- Place the treadmill on a level surface in the desired workout area.
3.2 Raising the Console and Securing
- Lift the console assembly from its folded position until it locks into place.
- Secure the console by tightening the adjustment knobs on both sides of the uprights. These knobs can be tightened by hand without additional tools.
3.3 Adjusting Incline
This treadmill features 3 levels of manual incline. To adjust:
- Locate the incline adjustment pins at the rear base of the treadmill.
- Lift the rear of the treadmill slightly and adjust the pins to the desired incline level. Ensure both sides are set to the same level.

3.4 Power Connection
- Connect the power cable to the treadmill's power port.
- Plug the power cable into a grounded electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Control Panel Overview

- SPEED +/-: Adjust the running belt speed.

4.2 Starting a Workout
- Attach the safety key clip to your clothing and insert the safety key into its slot on the console.
- Step onto the treadmill's side rails.
- Press the START button. The belt will begin to move at a low speed.
- Gradually increase the speed using the SPEED + button to your desired pace.
- To stop, press the STOP button or pull the safety key.
4.3 Using Pre-set Programs
- From standby mode, press the PROG button to cycle through the 12 available programs.
- Once you've selected a program, press START to begin. The treadmill will automatically adjust speed and duration according to the program.
4.4 Audio Connectivity
Connect your smartphone or MP3 player to the treadmill's audio input using a 3-pin connector to play music through the integrated speakers. Adjust volume using the console controls or your device.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your treadmill.
5.1 Lubrication of the Running Belt
The running belt requires periodic lubrication to reduce friction and wear. Use the provided lubricant.
- Turn off and unplug the treadmill.
- Loosen the belt tension by turning the rear rollers counter-clockwise (refer to the full manual for detailed instructions).
- Apply a thin layer of lubricant evenly under the center of the running belt.
- Tighten the belt tension until it is snug but not overly tight.
- Run the treadmill at a low speed for a few minutes to distribute the lubricant.
5.2 Cleaning
- Wipe down the console and other surfaces with a damp cloth after each use.
- Periodically vacuum under the treadmill to prevent dust buildup.
5.3 Folding and Storage
To fold the treadmill for storage:
