Steps for using the CENGNIAN grinder

Figure 4.1: A visual guide detailing the steps for using the grinder. It shows pouring ingredients, closing the lid, pressing the switch, and pouring out the finished product.

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Ensure ingredients are dry and free from foreign objects.
  2. Add Ingredients: Open the lid and pour the desired amount of ingredients into the grinding chamber. Do not exceed the maximum fill line (recommended less than 50g for optimal performance).
  3. Secure the Lid: Place the lid firmly onto the grinder. Ensure it is properly aligned and locked into place. The grinder will not operate if the lid is not secured.
  4. Start Grinding: Plug the grinder into a 110V DC power outlet. Press and hold the button on the lid to start grinding.
  5. Control Grind Consistency: Release the button to stop grinding. For a coarser grind, grind for a shorter duration. For a finer powder, grind for longer, typically in short bursts (e.g., 10-second intervals) to prevent overheating and achieve desired fineness.
  6. Check Fineness: Unplug the grinder, remove the lid, and check the consistency. Repeat grinding if a finer result is desired.
  7. Pour Out Product: Once the desired consistency is achieved, unplug the grinder and carefully pour out the ground product.

  2. Clean Grinding Chamber: Use a small brush (not included) to remove any residual powder from the grinding chamber and around the blades.
  3. Wipe Down: Wipe the inside of the lid and the exterior of the grinder with a damp cloth. For stubborn residue, a small amount of mild detergent can be used, followed by wiping with a clean, damp cloth.
