2. Product Overview
The Eco Play SYD2400 is a high-capacity portable power station designed to provide reliable power for various applications, from home backup to outdoor adventures. It features a 2048Wh LiFePO4 battery, 2400W AC output, and multiple charging options.

3. Setup
3.1 Initial Power On
- Open the fan covers on both sides of the unit for proper ventilation.
- Press and hold the main power button for three seconds to turn on the unit. The LCD screen will display necessary information.

3.2 Charging the Power Station
Before first use, fully charge the power station. The SYD2400 can be fully charged in approximately 2 hours using the included AC adapter.

3.2.1 Adjustable Input Power
The power station features an adjustable input power knob, allowing you to select charging speeds from 300W to 1100W. This feature helps protect the device from voltage instability and extends battery lifespan.

3.2.2 Multiple Charging Methods
The SYD2400 supports various charging methods:
- AC Outlet: Fully charged in 2 hours (1100W input).
- Solar Panel: Fully charged in 7 hours with a 400W solar panel, or 6 hours with 500W solar input.
- Car Charging: Fully charged in 17 hours.
- AC + Solar: Fastest charging, 1.5 hours with AC outlet and 500W solar panel simultaneously.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Using AC Outlets
The SYD2400 features 6 AC outlets (2400W power, 110V/50Hz-60Hz pure sine wave). Open the cover on the right side of the unit to access these ports. It can power a wide range of household appliances.

4.2 Using DC and USB Ports
The unit provides multiple DC and USB output options:
- 2 x DC outputs (12V/3A)
- 1 x XT-60 output (12V/25A)
- 1 x Car charging output (12V/10A)
- 2 x USB-A QC3.0 ports (5-12V, 18W fast charging)
- 3 x USB-C ports (5-20V, 20W)
- 1 x USB-C port (5-20V, 100W max)

4.3 LED Light Function
The LED light button in the center of the front panel provides illumination for nighttime use. Press once for steady light, a second time for SOS mode, and a third time for rapid SOS flashing. Press again to turn off.
4.4 Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Function
The SYD2400 features a UPS function with a 0.01s switchover time, ensuring continuous power for connected devices during outages. This protects sensitive electronics and prevents data loss.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Battery Care
The SYD2400 uses a LiFePO4 battery, offering over 4,000 cycles and a lifespan of nearly 15 years. To maximize battery life:
- Avoid extreme temperatures.
- Store the unit in a cool, dry place.
- Recharge the unit at least once every 3-6 months if not in regular use.
- Utilize the adjustable input power knob to control charging speed, which can help extend battery longevity.

5.2 Cleaning and Storage
- Wipe the exterior with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Ensure the unit is turned off and disconnected from all power sources before cleaning.
- Store the power station in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Eco Play SYD2400, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Unit not turning on: Ensure the main power button is pressed and held for 3 seconds. Check if the battery is completely depleted and try charging it.
- No output from ports: Ensure the respective output section (AC, DC, USB) is turned on. Check if the device being charged is compatible with the port's specifications.
- Slow charging: Verify the input power setting using the adjustable knob. For faster charging, use both AC and solar inputs simultaneously. Ensure solar panels are receiving adequate sunlight.
- Overload protection: If the unit shuts down due to overload, disconnect some devices and restart the power station. Ensure the total wattage of connected devices does not exceed 2400W.
- UPS function not working as expected: Ensure the power station is connected to an AC source and devices are plugged into the AC outlets. Note that the UPS function may trip if the load exceeds 1200W while charging.
