3. Components and Assembly

Assembly Instructions:
The VEVOR Electric Grill can be assembled for freestanding use or used as a countertop unit. Ensure all components are present and undamaged before beginning assembly.
- For Freestanding Use:
- Attach the base to the bottom of the support pole using the provided screws. Ensure it is stable.
- Securely attach the main grill unit to the top of the support pole. Ensure it clicks into place firmly.
- Insert the temperature control probe into the designated port on the side of the grill unit.
- For Countertop Use:
- Detach the main grill unit from the support pole if it was previously assembled.
- Place the main grill unit directly on a stable, heat-resistant countertop or table.
- Insert the temperature control probe into the designated port on the side of the grill unit.

4. Operating Instructions
Follow these steps for safe and effective operation of your VEVOR Electric Grill.
- Preparation:
- Ensure the grill is clean and dry before use.
- Lightly brush the non-stick grilling surface with a small amount of cooking oil to enhance non-stick properties and flavor.
- Ensure the grease tray is properly inserted into its slot beneath the grilling surface.
- Power Connection:
- Plug the temperature control probe into a standard 120V AC power outlet.
- Temperature Setting:
- Turn the temperature control dial to your desired setting. The grill offers 5 adjustable temperature levels, ranging from 356°F (180°C) to 464°F (240°C).
- Allow the grill to preheat for approximately 5-10 minutes, or until the indicator light on the temperature control probe turns off, indicating it has reached the set temperature.
- Grilling:
- Place food directly onto the appropriate cooking zone: use the smooth side for vegetables and the ribbed side for meats to allow for fat drainage.
- Close the fixable roll lid to help retain heat and cook food more evenly.
- Monitor food regularly and adjust temperature as needed.
- After Use:
- Once cooking is complete, turn the temperature control dial to the "OFF" position.
- Unplug the grill from the power outlet.
- Allow the grill to cool completely before cleaning.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will prolong the life of your VEVOR Electric Grill and ensure optimal performance.
- Cool Down: Always ensure the grill is completely cool before attempting to clean it.
- Remove Grease Tray: Carefully slide out the drawer-style grease tray and dispose of collected oil and food residue. Wash the tray with warm, soapy water.
- Clean Grilling Plate: The non-stick ceramic coated grilling plate is dishwasher-safe. Alternatively, it can be easily washed by hand with warm water and a soft sponge or cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads that could damage the non-stick coating.
- Clean Lid and Base: Wipe the interior and exterior of the lid and the main grill base with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild detergent. Ensure these parts are dry before storage.
- Electrical Components: The temperature control probe and power cord should only be wiped clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Never immerse these components in water.
- Storage: Store the grill in a dry place. The removable stand allows for compact storage.

6. Troubleshooting
