Operating Instructions
Operate the polisher safely and effectively by following these guidelines:
- Power On/Off: Press the power switch to turn the polisher on. The polisher will lock into operation. Press again to turn off.
- Speed Adjustment: Use the 6-speed variable dial to select the desired RPM. The speed ranges from 3000 RPM to 7200 RPM. Start with a lower speed for initial spreading of compound and increase as needed for polishing.
- Application: Apply a small amount of polishing compound or wax directly onto the pad or the surface to be polished.
- Polishing Technique: Place the pad flat on the surface before turning the polisher on. Move the polisher in overlapping passes, maintaining even pressure. Avoid applying excessive pressure, as the tool's weight is usually sufficient.
- Detailing and Narrow Areas: The compact design and smaller backing plates (50mm) are ideal for intricate detailing, tight curves, and areas like headlights, door handles, and A-pillars.

Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your polisher:
- Cleaning: After each use, remove the polishing pad and clean it thoroughly according to the pad manufacturer's instructions. Wipe down the polisher body with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or immerse the tool in water.
- Carbon Brush Replacement: The polisher uses carbon brushes, which wear down over time. If you notice a decrease in power or unusual sparking, the carbon brushes may need replacement. Refer to the diagram for the location of the carbon brush covers. Use a screwdriver to remove the covers, replace the old brushes with new ones (two spare brushes are included), and secure the covers.
- Storage: Store the polisher in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep it in its original case to protect it from dust and damage.
