The 9,000 BTU unit is designed to cool or heat areas ranging from 100 to 450 square feet. The indoor unit measures approximately 11.49 inches in height, 31.92 inches in width, and 8.07 inches in depth, weighing 19.8 lbs. The outdoor unit measures approximately 19.61 inches in height, 28.14 inches in width, and 11.42 inches in depth, weighing 48.5 lbs.

3. Setup and Installation

Installation of a mini-split system requires specialized tools and knowledge. It is highly recommended to have the unit installed by a certified HVAC professional to ensure proper function, safety, and warranty validity.

3.1 What's in the Box

Upon delivery, you will receive two boxes, which may arrive on different days. Please verify all components are present before beginning installation.

4. Operating Instructions

The Winado Mini Split AC offers multiple operating modes and convenient control options via the remote and a smartphone app.

4.1 Operating Modes

  1. POWER BUTTON: Turns the appliance on or off.
  2. MODE BUTTON: Selects the operation mode (Cooling, Heating, Dry, Fan, Auto, ECO).
  3. TEMPERATURE BUTTON: Adjusts the desired temperature.
  4. TURBO BUTTON: Activates strong heating/cooling mode for rapid temperature change.
  5. FAN BUTTON: Selects fan speed (auto, high, medium, low).
  6. SWING BUTTON: Controls horizontal louver swinging and adjusts airflow direction.
  7. MUTE BUTTON: Stops or starts MUTE mode (fan speed automatically set to lower speed).

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your air conditioner.

5.1 Cleaning the Air Filter

The indoor unit is equipped with a permanently washable air filter. Cleaning the filter once a month is recommended to maintain air quality and unit efficiency.

  1. Turn off the unit and disconnect power.
  2. Open the front panel of the indoor unit.
  3. Carefully remove the air filter(s).
  4. Clean the filter(s) with a vacuum cleaner or wash with lukewarm water and mild detergent.
  5. Allow the filter(s) to dry completely before reinserting.
  6. Close the front panel and restore power.

For other maintenance tasks, such as cleaning the outdoor unit or checking refrigerant levels, it is advisable to contact a qualified service technician.

6. Troubleshooting
