5. Setup and Assembly

1. Attach Casters to Base: Insert the five caster wheels (F) into the holes at the end of each leg of the star base (E). Push firmly until they click into place.
2. Install Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder (D) into the center hole of the assembled star base (E).
3. Attach Mechanism to Seat: Secure the mechanism plate (G) to the underside of the seat cushion (B) using the provided screws (H). Ensure the front of the mechanism aligns with the front of the seat.
4. Connect Seat to Gas Lift: Place the assembled seat cushion (B) onto the gas lift cylinder (D), ensuring the tapered end of the gas lift fits securely into the mechanism.
5. Attach Armrests to Seat: Attach the armrests (C) to the sides of the seat cushion (B) using screws (H). Do not fully tighten yet.
6. Attach Backrest: Align the backrest (A) with the armrests (C) and the seat cushion (B). Secure the backrest to the armrests and seat using the remaining screws (H). This step may be easier with assistance.
7. Tighten All Screws: Once all parts are aligned and loosely attached, go back and fully tighten all screws using the Allen wrench (H).

6. Operating Instructions

Adjustable Functions:

• Seat Height Adjustment:

  Locate the lever on the right side under the seat. To raise the seat, lift the lever while taking your weight off the chair. To lower the seat, lift the lever while remaining seated. Release the lever at the desired height. The height range is 17.71 inches to 20.87 inches.
• Tilt Function and Lock:
