Setup and Installation
This section provides detailed instructions for mounting and wiring your UBAR-27 soundbar.
Mounting on a Roll Bar or Wakeboard Tower
- Take two clamp feet and two hex nuts. Insert each nut into the opening on the clamp foot.
- Slide each clamp foot into the groove on top of the soundbar, ensuring the side with the nut faces down.
- Take two M5 12mm screws and two split lock washers. Run the washers through the screws.
- Grab two clamp bases. Line up each clamp base onto the clamp feet.
- Take the M5 screw with the washer and line it up to the holes on the bottom of the clamp base.
- Use a 5mm Allen key to tighten the screw to secure the clamp onto the soundbar. Initially, you can leave them slightly loose to adjust the position along the bar for balance. Once positioned, tighten them fully.
- Utilize the provided rubber pads (available in different sizes) to ensure a perfect and secure fit onto your bar. These pads can also be used for the top piece of the clamp for additional security.
- Line the soundbar up to the desired spot on your roll bar or wakeboard tower.
- Take the top parts of the clamps that were previously removed and line them back up to each clamp.
- Take the M5 50mm screws and run them through each hole on both clamps.
- Use a 5mm Allen key to tighten each screw until the soundbar is securely mounted.

Mounting on a Flat Surface (Boat)
- Identify an appropriate flat surface in your boat's cabin, cockpit, or gunwale. Before drilling, ensure there are no electrical lines, gas lines, or other obstructions behind the mounting surfaces.
- Mark two points on the surface where you intend to mount the soundbar. These marks should be level, and the distance between them should not exceed 26 inches.
- Using a drill, create holes at the marked points.
- Insert one hex bolt into the corresponding opening on the bottom of each clamp foot.
- Slide each clamp foot assembly into both ends of the groove on the back or top of the unit. Adjust the distance between the clamp foot assemblies to match the distance between the holes you drilled.
- Align the unit with the pre-drilled holes and insert the bolts. Slide a flat washer onto each bolt, then thread a hex nut onto each bolt.
- Tighten the bolts until the unit and the bolts are snug against either side of the surface. Do not overtighten.
Wiring and Power Connection
- Connect the power harness to the corresponding plug on the soundbar.
- Connect the red 12V wire from the harness to the positive terminal of your vehicle's battery.
- Connect the black ground wire to the negative terminal of your battery or to a suitable metal chassis point on your vehicle.
- Connect the blue remote-in wire to the ACC wire of your head unit or to the ignition of your vehicle.

Connecting External Audio Components
- Auxiliary Input: The 3.5mm auxiliary input allows you to connect external audio devices such as MP3 players using a standard auxiliary cable.
- RCA Pre-Outputs: The left and right RCA pre-outputs enable you to connect the soundbar to external amplifiers or powered speakers, expanding your audio setup.
- Remote Output: The blue remote output wire can be connected to an external amplifier. This ensures that the external amplifier powers on automatically whenever the soundbar is turned on.

- Distorted Sound: Reduce the volume on both the soundbar and the connected device. Check for loose wiring connections.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the exterior of the soundbar. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Connection Checks: Periodically inspect all wiring connections for corrosion or looseness, especially in marine or off-road environments.
- Storage: If storing the vehicle or vessel for an extended period, ensure the soundbar is powered off and disconnected from the battery if necessary to prevent battery drain.
