3. Setup
3.1 Mounting the Timer
The timer can be mounted on a wall or placed on a flat surface. Use the provided mounting brackets and screws for wall installation. Ensure the timer is securely fastened and positioned for optimal visibility.
3.2 Power Connection
- Connect the power cable to the timer's power input port.
- Plug the other end of the power cable into a standard electrical outlet.
- The timer display will illuminate, indicating it is powered on.
3.3 Connecting the External Stopwatch Button
Connect the external stopwatch button cable to the designated port on the timer. This button provides a convenient way to control the stopwatch function.
3.4 Initial Time Setting
Upon first power-up or after a power interruption, you may need to set the current time. Refer to Section 4.1 for detailed instructions on setting the real-time clock.
4. Operation
The timer can be operated using the included remote control. Ensure the remote has working batteries and is pointed towards the timer's receiver.
4.1 Real-time Clock (12/24 Hour)
The timer displays the current time in either 12-hour or 24-hour format. Use the remote control to switch between formats and set the time.
- Press the CLOCK button on the remote to enter clock display mode.
- Press the EDIT button to enter time setting mode. The digits will flash.
- Use the number keys (0-9) to input the current hour and minute.
- Press ENTER to confirm the setting.
- To switch between 12-hour and 24-hour format, press the dedicated 12/24H button (if available) or refer to the remote's specific instructions.

4.2 Countdown Timer
This mode allows you to set a specific duration for the timer to count down from.
- Press the COUNTDOWN button on the remote.
- Press EDIT to set the countdown time (HH:MM:SS).
- Use number keys to input the desired time.
- Press ENTER to confirm.
- Press START to begin the countdown.
- Press STOP to pause, and START again to resume.
- Press and hold RESET for 3 seconds to return to the preset time.
4.3 Count Up Timer
This mode counts upwards from zero or a preset time.
- Press the COUNT UP button on the remote.
- To start from zero, press START.
- To set a starting time, press EDIT, input the desired time, then ENTER, and finally START.
- Press STOP to pause, and START again to resume.
- Press and hold RESET for 3 seconds to reset to zero or the preset starting time.
4.4 Stopwatch Function and PC Synchronization
The stopwatch measures time with 0.001-second accuracy and can transmit data to a PC for detailed analysis.
- Press the STOPWATCH button on the remote.
- Use the external stopwatch button or the START button on the remote:
- First press: Starts the stopwatch.
- Second press: Stops the stopwatch.
- Third press: Resumes timing.
- Press and hold the external button or RESET on the remote for 3 seconds to reset the stopwatch to zero.
- PC Synchronization:
- Connect the timer to your PC using the provided USB cable.
- Install the dedicated application (refer to the product manual for software download and installation instructions).
- Within the application, you can group and edit categories (e.g., ID, name, gender) for up to 10 categories.
- Stopwatch data for each group member can be saved and exported to Excel spreadsheets for analysis.

4.5 Interval Training Programming
The timer supports up to 10 custom interval programs (P0-P9), each with up to 9 intervals and 99 rounds.
- Press the INTERVAL button on the remote.
- Select a program slot (P0-P9) using the number keys.
- Press EDIT to configure the program.
- For each interval (F1 to F9):
- Input workout time (MM:SS) for Fx.
- Input rest time (MM:SS) for Cx.
- Repeat for desired number of intervals.
- Set the total number of rounds (up to 99).
- Press ENTER to save the program.
- To start a saved program, select the program slot and press START.

4.6 Brightness Adjustment
The 1.8-inch LED display offers 5 levels of brightness adjustment.
- Press the BRIGHTNESS button (or equivalent, refer to remote layout) on the remote control.
- Each press will cycle through the 5 brightness levels (Lv.1 to Lv.5).
- Select the desired brightness level for your environment.

4.7 Buzzer Control
The built-in buzzer provides audible cues for training events.
- To turn the buzzer OFF: Press the M8 key once. The timer will emit a single beep to confirm the buzzer is off.
- To turn the buzzer ON: Press the M8 key again. The timer will emit three beeps to confirm the buzzer is on.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
To maintain the timer's appearance and functionality:
- Wipe the display and casing with a soft, dry cloth.
- For stubborn marks, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap, then dry thoroughly.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the surface.
5.2 Storage
When not in use for extended periods, store the timer in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
6. Troubleshooting
