Troubleshooting

No Satellite Signal

If the satellite signal cannot be acquired, it may be due to a weak signal area. Move the GPS Navigation system to an open area with a clear view of the sky and keep it stationary for approximately 3 minutes to allow it to acquire a signal.

Incorrect Time Display

If the time displayed is incorrect, ensure that 'Daylight Savings' is correctly enabled or disabled in the 'Time Zone' settings. If issues persist, manually adjust the GMT offset or disable 'Use Auto Time Zone' and set the time manually.

Navigation Inaccuracies for Commercial Vehicles

Ensure that your vehicle's specific dimensions (weight, length, height, width) are accurately entered into the navigation system's 'User Profiles' or 'Vehicle Settings'. Incorrect settings can lead to inappropriate route suggestions.
