Setup

1. Battery Installation

The C+UE Blood Pressure Monitor requires 4 AAA batteries for operation. Ensure batteries are inserted with correct polarity as indicated inside the battery compartment.

2. Cuff Placement

Proper cuff placement is crucial for accurate readings. The integrated arm cuff should be placed directly on your upper arm, above the elbow. Ensure the red arrow or indicator on the cuff is aligned with your brachial artery (typically on the inside of your elbow).

3. Optimal Measurement Position

For the most accurate blood pressure readings, sit comfortably with your back supported and feet flat on the floor. Rest your arm on a table or flat surface so that the cuff is at the same level as your heart. Avoid talking or moving during the measurement process.

Operating Instructions

  • SYS mmHg: Systolic Blood Pressure reading.
  • DIA mmHg: Diastolic Blood Pressure reading.
  • PUL /min: Pulse Rate (beats per minute).

  • S/T Button: Starts a measurement or turns the device off/terminates a measurement.

1. Taking a Measurement

With the cuff correctly positioned and your arm at heart level, press the S/T button. The cuff will automatically inflate, and the measurement will begin. Remain still and quiet during this process. Once complete, your systolic, diastolic, and pulse readings will be displayed on the large LCD screen.

2. Memory Function

The monitor features a 99-group memory function, allowing you to track your readings over time. Press the MEM button to review past measurements. The device supports two user profiles, enabling separate tracking for two individuals.

3. Setting Date and Time

To set the date and time, press and hold the SET button until the display flashes. Use the MEM button to adjust values and the SET button to confirm and move to the next setting. This ensures accurate time-stamping of your measurements.
