- Adult Supervision Required: This product is intended for children aged 3-8 years. Always supervise children when they are operating the vehicle.
- Weight Limit: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 130 lbs (approximately 59 kg).
- Seating: This vehicle is designed for two children. Ensure both children are properly seated and secured with the 3-point safety belts.
- Protective Gear: Always ensure children wear appropriate safety gear, such as a helmet, when riding.
- Operating Environment:
- Operate only on flat, level surfaces. Avoid slopes, uneven terrain, or public roads.
- Do not operate near swimming pools, bodies of water, or other hazards.
- Avoid operating in wet conditions, rain, or snow.
- Battery Safety:
- Only use the charger provided by the manufacturer.
- Do not allow children to handle the battery or charger.
- Charge the battery in a well-ventilated area, away from flammable materials.
- Remote Control: Parents can use the 2.4G remote control to override manual operation for added safety, especially for younger children or in hazardous situations.

2. Setup and Assembly
The Costzon 2-Seater Ride on Car requires assembly before first use. Follow the steps below carefully. For a visual guide, please refer to the official assembly video.
2.1. Unboxing and Component Check
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts listed in the product manual are present and undamaged before beginning assembly.
2.2. Assembly Steps
- Install Rear Axle and Suspension: Attach the rear axle and shock absorbers to the main body of the vehicle. Ensure all screws and washers are securely fastened.
- Attach Rear Lights: Secure the red rear light covers to the designated slots at the back of the vehicle.
- Install Front Bumper: Assemble the front bumper components and attach them to the front of the car using the provided screws.
- Connect Motors and Wheels: Connect the motor wires to the appropriate terminals. Slide the wheels onto the axles, ensuring they are properly aligned with the motor gears. Secure the wheels with the provided washers and caps.
- Connect Battery: Locate the battery compartment and connect the battery terminals. Ensure a secure connection.
- Install Steering Wheel: Connect the steering wheel's electrical wires to the main console. Secure the steering wheel to the steering column.
- Attach Roll Bar and Storage Net: Install the front and rear roll bars. Attach the storage net to the rear roll bar.
- Insert Seats: Place the two seats into their respective positions in the vehicle.

3. Operating Instructions
The Costzon 2-Seater Ride on Car offers both manual operation by the child and remote control by a parent.
3.1. Driving Modes
- Manual Operation: The child can operate the vehicle using the steering wheel and foot pedal.
- Press the "Start" button to power on the vehicle.
- Use the gear shift lever (forward/reverse) to select direction.
- Press the foot pedal to accelerate. Release to brake.
- Steer using the steering wheel.
- Remote Control Operation: Parents can control the vehicle using the 2.4G remote control. When the remote control is active, the foot pedal on the car is disabled.
- Ensure the remote control is paired with the vehicle (refer to remote control pairing instructions in the separate remote manual).
- Use the directional buttons on the remote to control forward, reverse, left, and right movements.
- Adjust speed settings (3 speeds available) via the remote control.
- Soft Start Feature: Both driving modes incorporate a soft start function to prevent sudden jolts, ensuring a smooth and safe acceleration for the child.

4. Maintenance and Care
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your Costzon Ride on Car.
- Battery Charging:
- Charge the 12V battery for 8-12 hours before first use.
- Subsequent charges should also be 8-12 hours. Do not overcharge.
- The charge socket is conveniently located in the media center.
- Charge the battery at least once a month, even if not in use, to maintain battery health.
- Cleaning: Wipe the vehicle with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Avoid spraying water directly onto electrical components.
- Storage: Store the vehicle in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture. If storing for extended periods, disconnect the battery.
- Wheel and Suspension Check: Periodically inspect the wear-resistant and anti-slip wheels and the 4-spring suspension for any damage or excessive wear.
