Safety Information
Always prioritize safety when operating power tools. Failure to follow these safety guidelines can result in serious injury or property damage.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Always wear appropriate safety gear, including safety glasses or goggles, hearing protection, heavy-duty gloves, long pants, and sturdy, non-slip footwear. A hard hat is recommended when using the pole saw.
- Work Area: Ensure the work area is clear of bystanders, children, and pets. Maintain a safe distance from other people and objects. Do not operate in wet conditions or near flammable materials.
- Fuel Handling: Gasoline is highly flammable. Handle fuel in a well-ventilated area, away from sparks, open flames, or heat sources. Store fuel in approved containers. Do not refuel a hot engine.
- Tool Inspection: Before each use, inspect the tool for loose parts, damaged components, or fuel leaks. Do not operate a damaged tool.
- Engine Operation: Never start the engine indoors or in poorly ventilated areas. Exhaust fumes contain carbon monoxide, which is a dangerous gas.
- Attachment Safety: Ensure attachments are securely fastened before operation. Use the correct attachment for the task.

Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your trimming tool and prepare it for operation.
- Fuel Mixing: The engine requires a gasoline and two-cycle oil mixture at a ratio of 30:1. Use the provided mixing bottle to accurately measure and mix unleaded gasoline with two-cycle engine oil. Shake the mixture thoroughly before pouring it into the fuel tank.
- Attaching the Shaft: Connect the main shaft of the desired attachment (string trimmer, brush cutter, hedge trimmer, or pole saw) to the power head. Align the shaft and secure it using the quick-release connector and tightening knob. Ensure it is firmly locked in place.
- Extension Pole (Optional): For extended reach, insert the extension pole between the power head and the attachment shaft. Secure both connections with the quick-release mechanisms.
- Handle Adjustment: Adjust the position of the auxiliary handle on the shaft for comfortable and balanced operation. Tighten the handle securely.
- Guard Installation: Install the appropriate safety guard for the attachment being used (e.g., string trimmer guard, brush cutter guard). Ensure it is correctly positioned and secured.

Using the Hedge Trimmer
The hedge trimmer is suitable for shaping and trimming hedges and shrubs.
- The hedge trimmer attachment can be adjusted to multiple angles (180° adjustable) for versatile trimming.
- Ensure the blades are clean and sharp for optimal performance.
- Use a smooth, even motion to cut branches. Avoid cutting branches thicker than the recommended capacity.
Using the Pole Saw
The pole saw allows you to prune high branches safely from the ground, reaching up to 10 feet with the extension pole.
- Ensure the chain is properly tensioned and lubricated.
- Always maintain a stable footing and balance.
- Make sure no one is standing directly below the branch being cut.
- Allow the saw to do the work; do not force it through branches.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your tool.
- Cleaning: After each use, clean the tool, especially the cutting attachments, to remove grass, dirt, and debris.
- Air Filter: Periodically inspect and clean the air filter. A dirty air filter can reduce engine performance. Replace if damaged.
- Spark Plug: Check the spark plug for wear and proper gap. Replace if fouled or worn.
- Fuel Filter: Inspect the fuel filter in the fuel tank and replace if clogged.
- Blades/Chain: Keep all cutting blades and the pole saw chain sharp and free of damage. Sharpen or replace as needed. Lubricate the pole saw chain regularly with bar oil (SAE#10W-30 or similar).
- Storage: When storing the tool for extended periods, drain the fuel tank or use a fuel stabilizer. Store in a dry, secure location away from children.
