3. Setup Instructions

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all items from the packaging.
2. Assemble Playset: Ensure the main character unit is securely placed on its base.
3. Attach Crank Handle: Insert the orange crank handle into the designated slot on the side of the playset.
4. Select Hair Plate: Choose one of the two hair texture plates and place it into the top opening of the character's head.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Growing Play-Doh Hair

1. Load Compound: Open the top of the character's head and place a desired amount of Play-Doh compound into the chamber.
2. Close Lid: Securely close the top lid.
3. Crank Handle: Turn the orange crank handle clockwise to push the Play-Doh compound through the selected hair plate. Observe as the Play-Doh extrudes from the top, forming hair.
4. Extend Hair: For longer hair, add more Play-Doh compound into the chamber and continue cranking.

4.2 Styling Play-Doh Hair

• Cutting: Use the provided scissors to trim the Play-Doh hair to any desired length.

5. Maintenance

• Cleaning: To clean the playset and tools, allow any stuck Play-Doh compound to dry completely, then scrape it off. For stubborn pieces, use a stiff brush or toothpick. Do not use water or cleaning solutions on the Play-Doh compound itself.
• Storing Play-Doh: Always return Play-Doh compound to its airtight containers after use to prevent it from drying out. If Play-Doh becomes dry, a few drops of water can sometimes help restore its pliability.
• Storage: Store all playset components and Play-Doh cans in a cool, dry place. The playset features compartments for storing tools and accessories.

6. Troubleshooting

• Play-Doh not extruding: Ensure the Play-Doh compound is soft and pliable. If it's too dry, add a few drops of water and knead it. Also, check that the hair plate is correctly inserted and the lid is fully closed.
• Playset tipping over: Ensure the playset is placed on a stable, flat surface during use.
• Hair not growing long enough: The length of the extruded hair depends on the amount of Play-Doh loaded. For longer styles, load more compound and continue cranking.
