4. Setup and Assembly Instructions

General Assembly Steps:

1. Unpack and Identify Parts: Carefully unpack all components and hardware. Lay them out and compare with the parts list in your assembly manual to ensure everything is present.
2. Assemble Bed Frame: Begin by attaching the side rails to the headboard and footboard using the provided hardware. Ensure all connections are secure.
3. Install Bed Slats: Place the wooden slats across the bed frame. Secure them according to the instructions to create a stable mattress support.
4. Assemble Drawers: Construct the four storage drawers. Install the drawer slides onto the bed frame and the drawers.
5. Assemble Cabinet and Shelf Unit: Assemble the headboard's all-in-one cabinet and shelf unit. This unit can be assembled with the bed or stand freely, depending on your room arrangement.
6. Attach Cabinet/Shelf to Bed (Optional): If desired, attach the cabinet and shelf unit to the headboard of the bed frame using the specified hardware.

5. Operating Instructions

Using the Storage Drawers:

The bed is equipped with four smoothly-sliding drawers located underneath the bed frame. To open, gently pull the knob on the front of each drawer. To close, push the drawer back until it is fully recessed under the bed. Avoid forcing the drawers if they encounter resistance.

Using the Headboard Cabinet and Shelf:

The integrated headboard features ten open shelf cubes and four cabinets. The open shelves are ideal for displaying books, decorative items, or keeping frequently used items within reach. The cabinets provide concealed storage. To open a cabinet, gently pull the knob on the door. To close, push the door until it latches securely.

The shelf unit also includes two holes on the left and right sides, designed for cable management. These allow wiring for lamps, chargers, or other electronic devices to pass through neatly.
