2. Setup

2.1 Battery Installation and Charging

The headlamp comes with 2 Lithium Ion batteries included and pre-installed. Before first use, ensure the headlamp is fully charged.

  1. Locate the DC charging port, typically found on the battery box at the rear of the headlamp.
  2. Connect the provided charging cable to the DC charging port and plug the other end into a suitable power adapter (e.g., USB wall charger).
  3. Allow the headlamp to charge until the charging indicator light (if present) indicates a full charge. Charging may take several hours for a complete charge.

2.2 Adjusting the Headband

The headlamp features an adjustable headband to ensure a comfortable and secure fit for various head sizes.

  • Place the headlamp on your head.
  • Adjust the elastic straps on both sides of the headband until the headlamp feels snug but not too tight.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Basic Operation (Power Switch)

The headlamp has a rubber anti-slip and waterproof switch for basic control.

  • Power On/Off: Press the main power switch once to turn the headlamp on. Press again to cycle through the lighting modes.
  • Lighting Modes: The headlamp offers three modes: Strong, Weak, and Burst (Strobe). A light touch of the switch will cycle through these modes.

3.2 Induction Function (Motion Sensor)

  3. Turn Light Off: Wave your hand in front of the motion sensor again to turn the light off.

3.3 Telescopic Zoom Function

  • Rotate clockwise to zoom in for a concentrated spotlight beam, ideal for long-distance illumination (up to 500 meters).
  • Rotate counter-clockwise to zoom out for a wide floodlight beam, suitable for illuminating a larger area.

3.4 Angle Adjustment

4. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the headlamp with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the charging port cover is securely closed to maintain water resistance.
  • Storage: Store the headlamp in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for an extended period, fully charge the batteries before storage and recharge every 3-6 months to maintain battery health.
  • Battery Care: Use only the specified Lithium Ion batteries. Do not attempt to open or modify the battery pack.
