7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your air conditioner, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Unit does not turn on: Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a grounded outlet. Ensure the unit is not in standby mode.
- No cooling or insufficient cooling: Verify that the unit is in Cool mode and the temperature setting is lower than the ambient room temperature. Check if the air filter is clean and not obstructed. Ensure the exhaust hose is properly installed and not kinked. Confirm that windows and doors are closed to prevent warm air from entering the room.
- Unit displays 'FT' (Full Tank) or stops operating: The internal water collection tank is full. Drain the water from the unit using the drain port.
- Unusual noise: Ensure the unit is placed on a flat, stable surface. Check for any obstructions in the air intake or exhaust vents.
- Remote control not working: Check and replace the AAA batteries in the remote. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the unit's sensor.
- Wi-Fi connectivity issues: Refer to the smart app's instructions for pairing and troubleshooting network connections. Ensure your Wi-Fi network is active and the unit is within range.
