Setup
Unboxing and Initial Setup
The Oraimo Electric Bike comes partially assembled. Follow these steps to complete the assembly process. For a visual guide, please refer to the video below.
Video 1: Detailed guide on unboxing and assembling your Oraimo Sciiti 100 Electric Bike. This video covers separating components, installing the handlebar, front wheel, fender, pedals, and gearbox protector.
Handlebar Installation
Insert the handlebar stem into the fork tube. Ensure the safety line on the stem is not visible above the headset. Tighten the top bolt with an Allen wrench. Adjust the handlebar angle by loosening the front screw, positioning the handlebar, and then re-tightening the screw. Ensure the safety lines on the handlebar are not visible.
Front Wheel Installation
Remove the protective bolts from the front fork. Attach the brake rotor to the wheel hub using the provided screws and Allen wrench. Carefully slide the front wheel into the fork, ensuring the brake rotor aligns with the brake caliper. Insert the quick-release skewer through the wheel hub, ensuring the springs are correctly positioned. Tighten the skewer nut and secure the quick-release lever.
Fender Installation
Slide the front fender into position above the front wheel. Align the fender's mounting hole with the hole on the front fork. Insert the provided screw with a washer through the fender and fork, then secure it with another washer and nut from the back. Tighten using a wrench and Allen wrench.
Pedal Installation
Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. The left pedal screws counter-clockwise, and the right pedal screws clockwise. Carefully thread each pedal into its corresponding crank arm. Tighten securely with a wrench.
Gearbox Protector Installation
Locate the gearbox protector. Remove the designated screw near the rear derailleur. Position the gearbox protector so it slides underneath the spoke and aligns with the screw hole. Re-insert and tighten the screw to secure the protector in place.
