1. Introduction

The CHIHIROS B Series B45 Full Spectrum Dimmable Freshwater Aquarium LED Light is designed to provide optimal illumination for planted aquariums ranging from 45 to 65 cm. Featuring 36 white LEDs and 9 RGB 3-in-1 LEDs, this light delivers a luminous flux of 1747 LM, enhancing the natural colors of aquatic plants and fish. It is energy-efficient, consuming only 28.9 watts, and offers versatile control through the Chihiros App via the included Commander 1 module.

4. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to install your CHIHIROS B Series B45 LED Light:

1. Attach Mounting Brackets: Securely attach the provided mounting brackets to both ends of the LED light fixture using the included screws.
2. Position on Aquarium: Place the light fixture on top of your aquarium. The adjustable brackets allow for flexible positioning to fit tanks between 45-65 cm.

3. Connect Commander 1: Connect the Commander 1 module to the LED light fixture and then to the power adapter.
4. Power On: Plug the power adapter into a suitable electrical outlet. The light should turn on.

5. Operating Instructions

The CHIHIROS B Series B45 LED Light is controlled via the Chihiros App, which connects to the Commander 1 module via Bluetooth.

1. Download the App: Download the official Chihiros App from your smartphone's app store.
2. Pair with Device: Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your smartphone with the Commander 1 module via Bluetooth.
3. Control Features: Once connected, you can:
   • Adjust brightness levels.
   • Set on/off timers.
   • Customize color settings (white and RGB LEDs).
   • Create sunrise/sunset effects.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your LED light:

• Cleaning: Gently wipe the light fixture with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and water spots. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the light in water.
• Cable Inspection: Periodically check the power cable and connections for any signs of wear or damage.
• Firmware Updates: Check the Chihiros App regularly for any available firmware updates for the Commander 1 module to ensure the best performance and features.

• Light Not Turning On:
  • Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into both the light and the electrical outlet.
  • Check if the electrical outlet is functional by plugging in another device.
  • Verify that the Commander 1 module is correctly connected.
• App Connectivity Issues:
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and the light is within range.
  • Restart the Chihiros App and try pairing again.
  • Unplug the light for 30 seconds and plug it back in to reset the Commander 1 module.
  • Check for app updates in your smartphone's app store.
• Inconsistent Light Output:
  • Ensure the light fixture is clean and free from obstructions.
  • Check app settings for any programmed dimming schedules or color changes.
