1. Important Safety Information

• Roof Panels: When installing roof panels, ensure the wide side faces down and the narrow side faces up to prevent water leakage. Water holes inside the tubes must face up.
• Inspection: Periodically inspect all bolts, screws, and connections to ensure they remain tight and secure.

3. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to have at least 3-5 people for installation.

3.1. Assemble the Frame

Begin by assembling the main support frame of the gazebo. This involves connecting the vertical posts with the horizontal beams.

• Attach the base plates to the bottom of each vertical post.
• Connect the top brackets to the upper ends of the posts.
• Lay down the main horizontal beams and connect them to the vertical posts. It is more efficient to lay down the columns and connect crossbeams on the ground first, then raise the structure.
• Install the triangular support bars at the corners for added stability.

3.2. Assemble the Roof

The roof assembly involves attaching the roof bars and then the aluminum composite panels. Ensure correct orientation of panels to prevent leaks.

• Attach the central roof connector and the main roof bars.
• Carefully slide the aluminum composite roof panels into the designated tracks. Ensure the wide side of the panel faces down and the narrow side faces up.
• Secure all roof panels with the provided fasteners.

3.3. Anchoring the Gazebo

Once the main structure is assembled, securely anchor the gazebo to the ground.

• Measure the distance between the columns to ensure correct placement before drilling.
• Use the provided expansion screws to fix the gazebo's base plates to a concrete floor. For soft ground, use appropriate ground stakes (not included).

3.4. Install Curtains and Netting

The gazebo includes a double track system for curtains and netting.

• Hang the netting panels on the inner track using the provided hooks.
• Hang the privacy curtains on the outer track using the provided hooks.
• Utilize the integrated straps to tie back the curtains and netting when not in use.

• Double Roof Ventilation: The double-tiered roof design promotes airflow, reducing heat buildup on sunny days and enhancing stability in windy conditions.
• Curtains and Netting: Use the inner netting to protect against insects while maintaining ventilation. Deploy the outer privacy curtains for shade, privacy, and protection from light rain. Both layers can be tied back separately to the posts.
• Hanging Hooks: The gazebo features integrated hooks on the ceiling frame, capable of supporting up to 44 lbs. These are ideal for hanging lights, fans, or other decorative items.

• Snow Removal: In areas with snow, regularly clear snow from the roof to prevent excessive weight buildup and potential damage.
• Wind Protection: During strong winds, consider tying back or removing curtains and netting to reduce wind resistance.
• Cleaning: Clean the aluminum frame and roof panels with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners. The curtains and netting can be spot cleaned or gently hand washed.
• Fastener Check: Periodically check all bolts, screws, and connections for tightness. Re-tighten as necessary to maintain structural integrity.

• Roof Leaks: If minor leaks occur during heavy rain, check the tightness of the roof panel installation and ensure all screws are properly sealed. Verify that roof panels are correctly oriented (wide side down, narrow side up) and water holes are facing up.
• Roof Panel Bowing/Dislodging: In areas with heavy snow, roof panels may bow or dislodge. Regular snow removal is crucial. Consider adding additional support structures if this is a recurring issue.
• Loose Structure: If the gazebo feels unstable, check all frame connections and ensure they are securely tightened. Verify that the base is properly anchored to the ground.
