7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Ant Esports SX3 computer case, consider the following common troubleshooting steps:

  • No Power: Ensure all power cables (24-pin ATX, 8-pin CPU, PCIe, SATA) are securely connected to the motherboard, GPU, and storage devices. Verify the PSU switch is in the 'ON' position.
  • Fans Not Spinning: Check that all fan headers are correctly connected to the motherboard or fan controller. Ensure power is supplied to the fans.
  • Front Panel I/O Not Working: Confirm that the front panel connectors (USB, Audio, Power, Reset) are correctly plugged into the corresponding pins on your motherboard. Refer to your motherboard manual for pinout diagrams.
  • Overheating: Ensure all fans are installed in the correct orientation for optimal airflow (intake/exhaust). Clean dust filters regularly. Verify CPU cooler and GPU cooler are properly seated and functioning.
  • Loose Components: After moving the case, check that all internal components (GPU, RAM, storage drives) are still securely seated in their slots and bays.

If problems persist, consult your component manuals or contact Ant Esports customer support.
