2. Safety Information
To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or personal injury, always follow these safety precautions:
- WARNING: Always turn off the electrical power at the main circuit breaker or fuse box before installation, servicing, or cleaning the fixture.
- Consult a qualified electrician if you are unsure about the installation process or electrical wiring.
- Use only E26 base bulbs with a maximum wattage of 40W per bulb. Do not exceed the recommended wattage.
- Ensure the fixture is properly grounded according to local electrical codes.

4. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps for proper installation. It is recommended to have two people for installation.
- Turn Off Power: Locate the circuit breaker that supplies power to the light fixture location and turn it off. Ensure power is completely disconnected before proceeding.
- Prepare Mounting: Attach the mounting bracket to the electrical junction box in the ceiling using the provided screws. Ensure the bracket is securely fastened.
- Wire Connections: Connect the electrical wires from the fixture to the corresponding wires from the junction box using the provided wire nuts.
- Connect the black wire (live) from the fixture to the black wire (live) from the junction box.
- Connect the white wire (neutral) from the fixture to the white wire (neutral) from the junction box.
- Connect the ground wire (bare copper or green) from the fixture to the ground wire from the junction box (or to the green grounding screw on the mounting bracket).
- Mount Fixture: Carefully lift the fixture body and align it with the mounting bracket. Secure the fixture to the bracket using the provided screws.
- Install Glass Shades: Gently screw each clear glass shade onto its respective socket on the fixture body. Do not overtighten.
- Install Bulbs: Screw E26 base bulbs (not included, max 40W each) into each of the six sockets.
- Restore Power: Once installation is complete and all components are secure, restore power at the main circuit breaker.

5. Operating Instructions
Once installed, operate your Doltoro ceiling light as follows:
- Power On/Off: Use your standard wall switch to turn the light fixture on or off.
- Bulb Requirements: This fixture requires six (6) E26 base bulbs. Each bulb should not exceed 40 watts. Bulbs are not included.
- Dimmable Functionality: The Doltoro 6-Light Semi Flush Mount Ceiling Light is dimmable. To utilize this feature, you must install dimmable E26 bulbs and connect the fixture to a compatible dimmer switch (both sold separately). The fixture itself does not have a built-in touch control; the 'Touch' specification refers to compatibility with touch-sensitive wall switches.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your light fixture.
- Cleaning: Before cleaning, ensure the power is turned off at the circuit breaker. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the metal frame and glass shades. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or polishes as they may damage the finish or glass.
- Bulb Replacement: Always turn off power before replacing bulbs. Allow bulbs to cool completely before handling. Replace with E26 base bulbs, not exceeding 40W.
- Periodic Check: Periodically check all electrical connections and mounting screws to ensure they remain secure.
