Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps for proper assembly of your pool cover reel system:

  1. Assemble the Main Roller Bar: Connect the telescopic aluminum tubes to form the main roller bar. Adjust the length to fit your pool's width (adjustable from 3.0m to 5.70m). The tubes have a diameter of 7.6/8.1 cm and an aluminum thickness of 1.2mm for stability.

  4. Attach Fastening Straps: Attach the 8 fastening straps with clamps along the main roller bar. These straps will connect the pool cover to the reel. The system uses a hook-and-loop system for easy attachment of the straps to the poles. You can quickly and conveniently connect any waterproof material with a clamp.

To Uncover the Pool:

  1. Position the reel system at one end of the pool.
  2. Gently pull the pool cover off the reel and extend it across the pool surface.
  3. Once the cover is fully extended, detach it from the fastening straps on the reel bar.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Regularly wipe down the aluminum tubes and plastic components with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
  • Inspection: Periodically inspect all connections, screws, and straps for wear or damage. Tighten any loose fasteners.
  • Lubrication: If the hand crank or wheels become stiff, apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the moving parts.
  • Storage: During off-season or prolonged periods of non-use, store the reel system in a dry, shaded area to protect it from extreme weather conditions.
