3. Product Overview

The PHILIPS SmartMeeting PSE0501 is designed for large conference rooms, featuring a 360-degree microphone array and integrated speaker. It supports both Bluetooth and USB-C connectivity.

3.2 Controls and Indicators

The device features intuitive controls and LED indicators for easy operation:

  • Power Button: Turns the device on or off.

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Device

  1. Connect the supplied USB-C cable to the charging port on the PSE0501.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  3. The LED indicators will show charging status. A full charge is indicated when all battery LEDs are solid.

4.2 Connecting via USB-C

  1. Connect the PSE0501 to your computer using the provided USB-C cable.
  2. The device will be automatically recognized as an audio input and output device.
  3. Select the PSE0501 as your preferred microphone and speaker in your operating system's sound settings or your conferencing software.

4.3 Connecting via Bluetooth

  1. Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the PSE0501 until the Bluetooth LED indicator starts flashing, indicating pairing mode.

  3. Select "PHILIPS SmartMeeting PSE0501" from the list of devices.
  4. Once connected, the Bluetooth LED indicator will become solid.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

  • To power on, press and hold the Power button until the power indicator lights up.
  • To power off, press and hold the Power button until the power indicator turns off.

5.2 Call Management

  • Answer/End Call: Use the call button on the device or your connected computer/mobile device.
  • Adjust Volume: Use the Volume Up (+) and Volume Down (-) buttons on the device.
  • Mute Microphone: Press the Mute button to toggle the microphone on or off. The mute LED indicator will show the status.

5.3 Sembly Meeting Assistant Integration

The PSE0501 is designed to work seamlessly with Sembly Meeting Assistant software, enhancing your meeting experience with advanced transcription and analysis features.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning
