1.2 Water and Electrical Connections

Connect the water inlet hose (length: 1.65 m) to a cold water supply. Ensure the drain hose (length: 1.9 m) is properly connected to a suitable drain. Plug the power cable (length: 1.75 m) into a grounded electrical outlet. The appliance operates on 230 Volts.

The dishwasher features an integrated water softener. Depending on your local water hardness, you may need to add dishwasher salt. Refer to the 'Initial Use' section for details.

2.1 Control Panel Overview

2.2 Loading the Dishwasher

Arrange dishes to allow water to reach all surfaces. The dishwasher is equipped with a Bosch VarioFlex Basket system and a dedicated cutlery drawer for efficient loading.

• Upper Basket: Suitable for glasses, cups, and smaller plates. Maximum plate size: 21 cm.
• Lower Basket: Ideal for larger plates, pots, and pans. Maximum plate size: 30 cm.
• Cutlery Drawer: Place forks, knives, and spoons individually in the designated slots.

2.3 Adding Detergent and Rinse Aid

Open the detergent dispenser and add the appropriate amount of dishwasher detergent (powder, gel, or tablet). The dishwasher features automatic detergent detection. If using rinse aid, ensure the rinse aid dispenser is filled.

2.4 Program Selection

Select one of the 6 available wash programs based on the type and soil level of your dishes:

• Auto 45-65°C: Automatic program for mixed loads and varying soil levels.
• Eco 50°C: Energy-efficient program for normally soiled dishes.
• Silent 50°C: Quieter program, ideal for overnight use.
• Favorite: Customizable program for frequently used settings.
• Intensive 70°C: For heavily soiled pots, pans, and dishes.
• Quick 65°C: For lightly soiled dishes that need a quick wash.

The maximum temperature reached is 70°C. A typical cycle duration is 295 minutes.

2.5 Starting a Wash Cycle

Close the dishwasher door firmly. Press the Start button to begin the selected program. You can also utilize the delayed start function for up to 24 hours. A half-load option is available for smaller loads.

3. Maintenance and Care

3.1 Cleaning the Filters

Regularly clean the filter system to ensure optimal washing results and prevent blockages. Refer to the appliance diagram for filter location and removal instructions.

3.2 Cleaning the Spray Arms

Check the spray arm nozzles for any blockages and clean them if necessary to ensure proper water distribution.

3.3 Exterior Cleaning
