1. Compatibility
This DTTO case is specifically designed for the Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch models, including the 6th, 5th, 4th, and 3rd Generations (released in 2022, 2021, 2020, and 2018 respectively).
Compatible Model Numbers: A2764, A2437, A2766, A2436, A2378, A2461, A2379, A2462, A2229, A2069, A2232, A2233, A1876, A2014, A1895, A1983.
Note: This case is not compatible with any other iPad model, especially those with a 'Home button'.

2. Setup and Installation
To install your iPad Pro 12.9 into the DTTO case, gently align your device with the case's frame, ensuring all ports and buttons match the cutouts. Press firmly around the edges until the iPad is securely seated within the protective shell.

To remove the iPad, gently push from the bottom edge of the iPad, near the charging port, to release it from the case's frame. Avoid excessive force to prevent damage.
3. Key Features and Operation
3.1 Built-in Apple Pencil Holder
The case features a dedicated slot for your Apple Pencil, allowing it to securely attach and charge magnetically to your iPad Pro. A convenient hole at the back of the holder allows for easy removal of the pencil.

3.2 Magnetic Smart Cover with Auto Wake/Sleep

4. Maintenance
To maintain the quality and appearance of your DTTO faux leather case, wipe it regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the material. Keep the case away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to prevent discoloration or warping.
5. Troubleshooting
If your iPad's auto wake/sleep function is not working, ensure the magnetic cover is properly aligned and fully closed. Check for any obstructions between the cover and the iPad screen. If the issue persists, try restarting your iPad.
