Setup

1. Charging the Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your DOQAUS LIFE 3 headphones. A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours. A 10-minute quick charge provides up to 5 hours of playtime.

• Connect the provided USB charging cable to the USB-C charging port on the headphones and to a compatible USB power source.
• The LED indicator will show charging status (refer to the LED indicator section for details).

2. Bluetooth Pairing

The headphones use Bluetooth 5.3 for a stable connection up to 10 meters (33 feet).

1. Ensure the headphones are turned off.
2. Press and hold the Power button until the LED indicator flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for "DOQAUS LIFE 3" in the list of available devices.
4. Select "DOQAUS LIFE 3" to connect. The LED indicator will turn solid blue when successfully paired.

3. Controls Overview

Familiarize yourself with the control buttons located on the earcup:

• Volume Up (+): Increase volume.
• Volume Down (-): Decrease volume.
• MFB (Multi-Function Button): Play/Pause, Answer/Hang Up calls, Call Back, Next Track/Previous Track.
• EQ Button: Cycle through 3 customized EQ modes.
• ON/OFF Button: Power the headphones on or off.
• LED Indicator: Displays power, pairing, and charging status.
• USB-C Charging Port: For charging the headphones.
• 3.5mm Audio Jack: For wired connection using the included Aux audio cable.

Operating Instructions

1. EQ Modes

The DOQAUS LIFE 3 headphones feature 3 pre-tuned EQ modes to enhance your listening experience. Press the EQ button to switch between modes:

• Balanced Mode: Provides a neutral and clear sound profile, suitable for most music genres.
• Bass Boost Mode: Enhances low frequencies for a more powerful and impactful bass.
• High Definition Mode: Optimizes for clarity and detail across the audio spectrum.

2. Handling Calls

The built-in ENC noise-isolating microphone ensures crystal-clear hands-free calls.

• Answer/End Call: Press the MFB once.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the MFB for 2 seconds.
• Redial Last Number: Double-press the MFB.

3. Wired Connection

For situations where Bluetooth is not available or preferred, you can use the included 3.5mm audio cable.

• Plug one end of the 3.5mm audio cable into the headphone's 3.5mm audio jack.
• Plug the other end into your audio device's 3.5mm audio output.
• Note: In wired mode, the headphone's battery is not consumed, and some functions like EQ mode switching may be unavailable.

Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and performance of your headphones:

• Clean the earcups and headband regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
• Avoid exposing the headphones to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Store the headphones in the provided storage pouch when not in use to protect them from dust and scratches.
• Gently remove your headphones every few hours during extended listening sessions to allow your ears to rest.
