2. Setup

2.1. Unboxing and Initial Inspection

Upon receiving your tablet, carefully open the packaging and check for all included accessories. Ensure no items are missing or damaged. The package typically includes the tablet, a USB cable, a power adapter, earphones, a dedicated case, a stylus, and a user guide.

2.2. Device Overview

Familiarize yourself with the tablet's physical features, including buttons, ports, and camera locations.

2.3. Initial Power On and Language Settings

Press and hold the power button to turn on the tablet. Follow the on-screen instructions for initial setup. To change the system language to Japanese (or any other language):

1. Open the 'Settings' app.
2. Scroll down the menu on the left and tap 'System'.
3. Tap 'Languages'.
4. Tap 'System Languages'.
5. Tap 'Add a language' and select '日本語 (日本)' (Japanese).
6. Drag '日本語 (日本)' to the top of the 'PREFERRED LANGUAGE ORDER' list.
