Assembly Instructions
Assembly is straightforward, but attention to detail is crucial. It is recommended to have a Phillips head screwdriver and possibly needle-nose pliers for certain steps. Follow the numerical order for best results.
- Unpack and Organize: Carefully unpack all components and lay them out on a soft, clean surface. Identify each part using the provided parts diagram. Ensure all hardware is accounted for.
- Assemble the Base: Attach the side panels to the bottom panel. Note that some base pieces may require a 90-degree bend; ensure you bend them in the correct direction as indicated in the detailed instructions.
- Attach Side Panels: Securely fasten the left and right side panels to the base and to the top panel, ensuring all holes align perfectly.
- Install Back Panel: Slide or screw the back panel into place. This adds significant stability to the cabinet structure.
- Install Adjustable Shelf: Insert the adjustable buckles into the desired slots on the side panels. Place the adjustable shelf onto these buckles. Ensure it is level and secure. Each shelf can support up to 180 lbs.
- Assemble and Install Drawers: Assemble the two drawers according to the specific instructions for the drawer components. Install the smooth ball-bearing slides onto the drawers and then into the cabinet frame. Test the drawer operation to ensure smooth movement.
- Attach Cabinet Doors: Mount the cabinet doors to the main body using the provided hinges. Ensure the doors swing freely and align properly.
- Install Locking Mechanisms and Handles: Install the three-point lock system for the main doors and the individual locks for each drawer. Attach the comfortable handles to the doors and drawers. Test all locks with the provided keys.
- Apply Mute Pads: Attach the mute pads to the inside of the cabinet doors where they meet the frame. This helps reduce noise when closing the doors and ensures a snug fit.
- Final Check: Once assembled, gently move the cabinet to its desired location. Re-check all screws and connections to ensure they are tight and secure.

Operating Instructions
- Locking and Unlocking: Use the provided keys to lock and unlock the main cabinet doors and the two individual drawers. Ensure the doors and drawers are fully closed before attempting to lock.
- Adjusting Shelves: To adjust the height of the internal shelf, remove all items from the shelf. Lift the shelf slightly and remove the adjustable buckles from their current slots. Reinsert the buckles into the desired new slots, ensuring they are at the same height on both sides, then place the shelf back onto the buckles.
- Using Drawers: The drawers feature smooth ball-bearing slides for easy opening and closing. Pull the drawer out gently to access contents. Push firmly to close until it clicks into place.
- Magnetic Closure: The main cabinet doors are equipped with a magnetic design to keep them securely closed when unlocked.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the cabinet surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn marks, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by drying with a clean cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the powder coating.
