Setup

1. Adjusting Shoulder Straps:

• Loosen or tighten the shoulder straps using the adjustable buckles to achieve a comfortable fit. The U-shaped weight-reducing straps are designed for ergonomic support.

2. Connecting a Power Bank (for USB Charging):

• Locate the internal mobile power pocket inside the backpack.
• Connect your personal power bank (not included) to the internal USB-C charging cable.
• Ensure the external USB-C port on the side of the backpack is accessible for connecting your device.

Operating Instructions

1. Using the TSA-Friendly Feature:

• When going through airport security, unzip the main laptop compartment fully to lay the backpack flat (90-180 degrees).
• This allows your laptop and other electronics to remain in the backpack during screening, speeding up the process.

2. Charging Devices:

• With a power bank connected internally (as per Setup), plug your smartphone or other USB-C compatible device into the external USB-C port on the side of the backpack.
• Your device will begin charging.

3. Utilizing RFID Protection:

• Store your credit cards, ID cards, and passports in the designated RFID-protected pocket to prevent unauthorized scanning and data theft.

4. Organizing Contents:

• Use the various internal and external pockets for specific items: padded laptop sleeve for your computer, velvet pocket for glasses, side mesh pockets for water bottles or umbrellas, and multi-function pockets for smaller accessories.

Maintenance

Cleaning Instructions:

• Spot Cleaning: For minor stains, use a damp cloth with mild soap. Gently rub the affected area and air dry.
• Machine Wash: The manufacturer recommends machine washing for thorough cleaning. Use a gentle cycle with cold water. Do not bleach. Air dry completely before reuse.
• Drying: Do not tumble dry. Hang the backpack in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight to air dry.
• Zipper Care: Periodically check zippers for smooth operation. If they become stiff, apply a small amount of zipper lubricant or wax.

Troubleshooting

1. USB Charging Port Not Working:

• Check Power Bank: Ensure your power bank is charged and properly connected to the internal USB-C cable.
• Cable Connection: Verify that both ends of the internal and external USB-C cables are securely plugged in.
• Device Compatibility: Confirm your device is compatible with USB-C charging.

2. Zippers Sticking:

• Lubrication: Apply a small amount of zipper lubricant, wax, or even a pencil lead to the zipper teeth to improve smoothness.
• Clear Obstructions: Check for any fabric or debris caught in the zipper teeth and carefully remove it.

3. Backpack Feels Uncomfortable/Heavy:

• Adjust Straps: Re-adjust the shoulder straps to distribute weight evenly. Ensure the backpack sits high on your back.
• Weight Distribution: Place heavier items closer to your back and lighter items towards the front or top.
