1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Loilat Centrifugal Juicer Machine. This powerful 500W juicer is designed to efficiently extract juice from a variety of fruits and vegetables, providing you with fresh, nutritious beverages. Its user-friendly design, 3-speed settings, and easy-to-clean components make it a convenient addition to any kitchen. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use to ensure safe and optimal operation.

2. Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons, including the following:

• Read all instructions before operating the juicer.
• Do not immerse the motor base in water or other liquids.
• Ensure the appliance is unplugged from the outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts, and before cleaning.
• Avoid contact with moving parts. Always ensure the juicer is properly assembled and the safety locking clamp is securely in place before operating.
• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
• The juicer is equipped with an Overheat Protection feature. If the motor overheats, the unit will automatically shut off. Allow it to cool down before resuming operation.
• Always use the food pusher to guide food into the chute. Never use fingers or other utensils.
• Ensure the pulp container and juice cup are correctly positioned before juicing.
• Place the juicer on a stable, flat, and dry surface. The Anti-Slip Feet on the base help ensure stability during operation.

3. Product Components

Familiarize yourself with the parts of your Loilat Centrifugal Juicer:

1. Food Pusher: Used to guide fruits and vegetables into the feed chute.
2. Feed Chute: Wide opening for inserting produce.
3. Cover: Transparent lid that secures the feed chute and filter basket.
4. Safety Locking Clamp: Secures the cover to the motor base, ensuring safe operation.
5. Filter Basket (Stainless Steel): Contains the cutting blade and mesh filter for separating juice from pulp.
6. Juice Spout: Where the extracted juice flows out. Features an Anti-Drip Design.
7. Motor Base: Houses the powerful 500W motor and control switch.
8. Pulp Container: Collects the separated pulp.
9. Juice Cup: Collects the extracted juice.

4. Setup

Before first use, wash all removable parts (cover, filter basket, pulp container, juice cup, food pusher) in warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. The motor base can be wiped with a damp cloth.

1. Place the motor base on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
2. Insert the filter basket securely onto the motor base.
3. Place the cover onto the filter basket, aligning the juice spout with the opening on the motor base.
4. Secure the safety locking clamp by lifting it and hooking it over the cover until it clicks into place. The juicer will not operate if the clamp is not properly secured.
5. Position the pulp container under the pulp outlet and the juice cup under the juice spout.
6. Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Preparing Fruits and Vegetables

Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly. The 3-inch wide feed chute allows for juicing whole fruits and vegetables, reducing prep time. For larger items or those with hard skins/seeds, it is recommended to cut them into smaller pieces that fit comfortably into the chute. Remove large seeds or pits from fruits like peaches, plums, or cherries before juicing.

5.2. Juicing Process

The Loilat juicer features a 3-speed control (0, I, II) for optimal juicing efficiency:

• '0' (Off): The juicer is off.
• 'I' (Low Speed): Ideal for softer fruits and vegetables such as oranges, grapes, tomatoes, strawberries, watermelon, kiwi, and cucumbers.
• 'II' (High Speed): Suitable for harder fruits and vegetables like apples, pears, carrots, celery, and pineapple.

Turn the control switch to the desired speed setting. With the motor running, gradually feed the prepared produce into the feed chute using the food pusher. Do not overload the juicer or push too hard, as this can strain the motor and reduce juice yield. The juicer is designed for Maximum Juice Yield, extracting up to 25% more juice and 35% more vitamins compared to some other models.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your juicer. Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.

1. Disassemble all removable parts: food pusher, cover, filter basket, pulp container, and juice cup.
2. Rinse all removable parts under running water to remove large pulp residues.
3. The filter basket, cover, pulp container, and juice cup are Dishwasher Safe. For manual cleaning, use warm, soapy water and the included Cleaning Brush to thoroughly clean the mesh filter and blade, as pulp can easily get trapped.
4. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water.
5. Dry all parts completely before reassembling or storing.
