Setup

1. Installing the MicroSD Card (Not Included)

Locate the MicroSD card slot on the side or bottom of the dash cam. Insert a Class 10 or higher MicroSD card (up to 32GB recommended) with the gold contacts facing the back of the camera until it clicks into place. Ensure the card is formatted before first use (refer to the 'Operating' section for formatting instructions).

2. Mounting the Dash Cam

1. Clean the desired area on your windshield thoroughly.
2. Attach the suction cup mount to the dash cam.
3. Press the suction cup firmly against the windshield and flip the lever to secure it.
4. Adjust the angle of the dash cam to ensure a clear view of the road ahead, avoiding obstruction of your driving view.

3. Connecting to Power

Connect the included 12V car power adapter to the dash cam's Micro USB port and plug the other end into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket. The dash cam will automatically power on and begin recording when your vehicle starts, and power off when the vehicle is turned off.

Operating Instructions

Automatic Recording

The dash cam is designed to automatically start recording when power is supplied (e.g., when the car engine starts) and stop recording when power is cut off (e.g., when the car engine is turned off).

Manual Recording

To manually start or stop recording, press the OK button (usually indicated by a red circle or 'OK' text) located below the screen.

Loop Recording

The dash cam supports loop recording, which means it will continuously record and overwrite the oldest files when the memory card is full. You can set the loop recording duration in the settings menu:

• 3 minutes
• 5 minutes
• 10 minutes

To access this setting, press the MENU button, navigate to the 'Loop Recording' option, and select your desired duration using the navigation buttons and OK button.

Parking Monitor

The parking monitor feature allows the dash cam to automatically start recording if it detects a sudden shake or collision while the vehicle is parked. This feature requires continuous power or a built-in battery with sufficient charge. Refer to the settings menu to enable or disable this function.

Playback

To view recorded videos:

1. Stop recording if it's active.
2. Press the MODE button to switch to playback mode.
3. Use the navigation buttons (Up/Down or Left/Right) to browse through recorded files.
4. Press the OK button to play the selected video.

Formatting the MicroSD Card

It is recommended to format the MicroSD card regularly to ensure optimal performance and prevent data corruption. To format:

1. Press the MENU button to enter the settings menu.

3. Confirm your selection. All data on the card will be erased.

Maintenance
