2. Setup

2.1 Unboxing and Initial Inspection

Carefully remove your Enya X4 PRO guitar from its Deluxe Hard-Shell Case. Inspect the guitar for any visible damage that may have occurred during transit. The package includes the guitar, hard case, leather strap, instrument cable, adjusting wrench, and a USB-C charging cable.

2.2 Charging the AcousticPlus System

The AcousticPlus system is powered by a built-in lithium-ion battery. Before first use, or if the battery indicator is low, connect the guitar to a power source using the provided USB-C charging cable. The system is designed for convenient charging without the need for battery swaps.

2.3 Tuning the Guitar

3. Operating

3.1 AcousticPlus Pickup System

The patented AcousticPlus system allows you to add effects directly from your guitar, whether plugged in or unplugged. The control panel is located on the side of the guitar body.

• Volume On/Off: Use the main volume knob to turn the system on or off and adjust the overall output level.
• Effects: The system includes Reverb, Chorus, and Delay. Rotate the dedicated knobs to dial in the desired amount of each effect.
• Integrated Microphone: The system features an integrated microphone designed to capture percussive fingerstyle nuances, adding depth to your playing.
• Built-in Tuner: Activate the tuner via the control panel. The display will show the note being played, allowing for accurate tuning.

3.2 Elevated Neck Design

4. Maintenance

4.2 Cleaning

To clean your guitar, use a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn marks, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by a dry one. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the finish.

4.3 String Changes

Regularly changing your guitar strings will maintain optimal tone and playability. The guitar comes strung with Phosphor Bronze strings. When changing strings, ensure proper string winding on the tuning pegs and secure seating of the bridge pins.

4.4 Truss Rod Adjustment

The neck of your Enya X4 PRO is reinforced with a stainless steel truss rod and aluminum alloy keel for stability. If you experience issues with string action (height) or neck relief, the truss rod may need adjustment. Use the provided adjusting wrench. Due to the carbon fiber construction, the truss rod may require more turns to show effect compared to traditional wood necks. 5. Troubleshooting

5.1 High Action or Buzzing

If the string action feels too high or you experience buzzing, first check the neck relief by adjusting the truss rod as described in the Maintenance section. If the issue persists, the saddle height may need adjustment. This typically involves carefully sanding down the bottom of the saddle. It is advisable to seek professional assistance for saddle adjustments if you are not experienced.

5.2 AcousticPlus Output Issues (Quiet/Distorted)

If the AcousticPlus system's output is too quiet or distorted, ensure the battery is fully charged. Check the volume knob on the control panel. Some users have reported that adjusting the output level via a connected app (if available for your model) can resolve these issues. If distortion occurs at high output levels, try reducing the output setting.

5.3 Bridge Pin Alignment

Ensure that the bridge pins are inserted straight and securely. If they appear angled or do not seat properly, gently re-insert them, ensuring the string ball end is correctly positioned against the bridge plate inside the guitar body.
