1. Introduction

3. Package Contents
Please check the package contents upon unboxing to ensure all items are present and undamaged:
- 1 x STAKOL Evaporative Air Cooler (ES10011US)
- 4 x Ice Crystal Boxes
- 1 x Remote Control
- 1 x User Guide
4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking and Placement
- Carefully remove the air cooler and all accessories from the packaging.
- Place the unit on a flat, stable surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for proper airflow (at least 20 cm from walls or furniture).
- Ensure the power cord is not pinched or obstructed.
4.2 Filling the Water Tank and Using Ice Boxes
- Open the water inlet cover located on the top of the unit.
- Fill the water tank with clean tap water. Do not exceed the 'MAX' water level indicator. The water level window on the front of the unit allows you to monitor the water level.
- For enhanced cooling, prepare the ice crystal boxes: Fill the ice boxes with water and place them in a freezer for a few hours until completely frozen.
- Once frozen, place the ice crystal boxes into the water tank.
- Close the water inlet cover securely.

4.3 Power Connection
- Plug the power cord into a standard 120V/60Hz electrical outlet.
- The unit is now ready for operation.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Control Panel and Remote Control
The air cooler can be operated using the touch control panel on the top of the unit or the included remote control. The functions are identical for both.

5.2 Power On/Off
- Press the Power Button to turn the unit on or off.
5.3 Adjusting Fan Speed
- Press the Speed Button repeatedly to cycle through the three fan speeds: Low, Medium, and High.
5.4 Selecting Operating Mode
Press the Mode Button repeatedly to select from the following modes:
- Normal Mode: Provides a constant airflow at the selected speed.
- Natural Mode: Simulates natural breeze by varying fan speed intermittently.
- Sleep Mode: Gradually reduces fan speed and operates quietly for undisturbed sleep.

5.5 Cooling Function (Evaporative Cooling)
- Press the Cooling Button to activate the evaporative cooling function. This function requires water in the tank.
- Ensure the water tank is filled to at least the 'MIN' level for the cooling function to operate effectively.
5.6 Oscillation
- Press the Swing Button to activate the automatic horizontal (80°) oscillation. Press again to stop.
- The vertical airflow (120°) can be adjusted manually by tilting the front louvers.
5.7 Timer Setting
- Press the Timer Button repeatedly to set the desired auto-off time in 1-hour increments, up to 7 hours.
- The set time will be displayed on the digital screen.
5.8 Negative Oxygen Ion Function
- Press the Ioniser Button to activate the negative oxygen ion function, which helps purify the air. Press again to deactivate.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air cooler. Always unplug the unit before performing any maintenance.
6.1 Cleaning the Air Filter
- Unplug the air cooler from the power outlet.
- Locate the particle filter at the back of the unit.
- Gently pull out the filter.
- Clean the filter with a soft brush or vacuum cleaner to remove dust. For deeper cleaning, rinse it under running water.
- Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinserting it into the unit.
6.2 Draining and Cleaning the Water Tank
- Unplug the air cooler.
- Locate the drain plug at the bottom rear of the unit.
- Place a shallow basin or towel underneath the drain plug.
- Remove the drain plug to empty the water tank.
- Once empty, clean the inside of the water tank with a soft cloth and mild detergent if necessary. Rinse thoroughly.
- Replace the drain plug securely.

6.3 Exterior Cleaning
- Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Ensure no water enters the control panel or other electrical components.
6.4 Storage
- If storing the unit for an extended period, ensure the water tank is completely empty and dry.
- Clean the air filter and exterior.
- Store the unit in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
7. Troubleshooting
