1. Introduction

3. Setup Instructions

  1. Unfolding the Wagon:
    • Place the folded wagon on a flat, stable surface.
    • Gently pull the sides of the wagon outwards until the frame fully extends.
    • Press down on the center base of the wagon until it lies flat and locks into place.

    The wagon is designed for quick and easy setup, requiring no assembly. Simply expand the frame and push down the base.

  2. Adjusting the Handle:
    • Locate the handle at the front of the wagon.
    • Press the release button or lever on the handle mechanism.
    • Extend or retract the handle to your desired length (between 26 and 35.4 inches).
    • Ensure the handle locks securely into position before use.

4. Operating Instructions

  1. Loading the Wagon:
    • Distribute weight evenly within the wagon to maintain balance and stability.
    • Do not exceed the dynamic weight capacity of 220 pounds to ensure safe operation and prevent damage.

  2. Maneuvering the Wagon:
    • Hold the adjustable handle firmly.
    • The 360-degree rotating front wheels allow for easy steering and navigation around obstacles.
    • The non-slip PVC wheels are designed to roll smoothly and quietly over various surfaces, including uneven terrain like mud, grass, and gravel.

5. Folding and Storage

  1. Folding the Wagon:
    • Ensure the wagon is empty and clean.
    • Lift the center strap or handle located in the middle of the wagon's base.
    • Pull upwards firmly. The sides of the wagon will begin to collapse inwards.
    • Continue pulling until the wagon is fully folded into its compact form.

  2. Storing the Wagon:
    • Once folded, the wagon can be secured with any integrated straps or clips (if present) to prevent it from unfolding.
    • Store the wagon in the provided carrying bag to protect it from dust and damage.

6. Maintenance

7. Troubleshooting
