4.1. Front Panel Controls:
- Digital Display: Shows welding current, voltage, or parameter settings.
- Current Adjustment Knob: Large green knob for precise control of welding current.

5. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the welding machine and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1. Basic TIG Welding (DC)
- Power On: Turn on the main power switch on the machine.
- Select Mode: Press the mode button to select TIG DC welding.
- Set Current: Adjust the main current knob to the desired amperage for your material thickness and joint type.
- Gas Flow: Open the gas cylinder valve and set the gas flow rate on the regulator (typically 6-12 liters/minute for TIG).
- Arc Ignition:
- HF Ignition: Position the torch over the workpiece. Press the torch trigger to initiate the high-frequency arc.
- Lift TIG: Touch the tungsten electrode to the workpiece, then lift it slightly to initiate the arc.
- Welding: Maintain a consistent arc length and travel speed. Feed filler rod into the weld pool as needed.
- Arc Termination: Release the torch trigger. The post-gas flow will continue for a set time to protect the cooling weld and tungsten.
6.2. Pulse TIG Welding
The pulse function provides better control of the weld pool, reduces heat input, and is ideal for thin materials or positional welding.
- Select Pulse Mode: After selecting TIG DC, press the pulse button to activate pulse welding.
- Adjust Pulse Parameters: Use the control panel to set:
- Peak Current: The higher current during the pulse.
- Base Current: The lower current between pulses.
- Pulse Frequency: How many pulses per second.
- Pulse Width (Duty Cycle): The percentage of time spent at peak current.

6.3. MMA (Stick) Welding
