3. Product Overview
Key Features:
- Durable Motor & Clamp Jaw: Equipped with a robust full copper motor for efficient operation. The clamp jaw stabilizes the material during cutting, significantly reducing vibration for easier and more precise work. Features a tungsten steel shaft for high hardness and wear resistance.
- Variable Speed & Powerful Cutting: Offers a stroke length of 23mm and a stroke rate of 0-3000 strokes per minute. The pure copper motor provides strong power, allowing for cutting various materials. Cutting capacity: up to 70mm for wood and 20mm for metal. Suitable for cutting branches, wood, iron, non-ferrous metals, and plastics. The stepless speed control allows for optimal speed adjustment based on the material, ensuring high-precision cuts.
- High Capacity Battery & Protection: Includes a 20V 2Ah lithium-ion battery for extended continuous operation. A battery level indicator button allows for quick status checks. This 20V 2A battery is compatible with other KIMO brand tools. Integrated safety features include overcurrent, over-temperature, over-discharge, overload, and short-circuit protection.
- Enhanced Safety & Comfort: Designed with a safety lock button and an ergonomic non-slip handle. The trigger switch requires the safety lock button to be pressed first, preventing accidental starts. Releasing the trigger stops operation immediately. The non-slip handle fits comfortably in hand, effectively reducing vibration and slippage, thereby minimizing fatigue and enhancing user comfort.
- Easy Setup & Lightweight Design: Blade changes are tool-free and straightforward. Simply turn the chuck fully to the right and insert the blade completely. The compact and lightweight design, weighing approximately 1.5kg (with battery), makes it easy to handle for all users, including women and DIY beginners.

5.2 Cutting Techniques:
- General Cutting: Hold the saw firmly with both hands. Place the shoe plate against the workpiece. Start the saw and allow it to reach full speed before engaging the blade with the material.
- Using the Clamp Jaw: For better stability and reduced vibration, attach the clamp jaw. Position the clamp jaw around the material to be cut, ensuring it holds the material securely. This is especially useful for cutting branches or pipes.
- Material Specifics:
- Wood: Use wood-specific blades. For thicker wood (up to 70mm), ensure a steady, controlled cut.
- Metal: Use metal-specific blades. For metal pipes or sheets (up to 20mm thick), apply consistent pressure and use a slower speed if necessary to prevent overheating the blade.
- Plastics: Use appropriate blades and adjust speed to avoid melting the material.
- Applications: The saw is versatile for various tasks including pruning branches, cutting lumber, dismantling metal objects, and processing plastic materials.
