2. Setup

2.1 Unpacking and Inspection

2.2 Power Supply Requirements

• Rated Power Supply: 3.7 - 7.4 V (batteries not included).
• Working Voltage Range: 3.5 - 8.4 V.
• This product does not include batteries or a charger. Ensure your power source meets these specifications.

2.3 Antenna Installation

The R7308SB features a diversity-style sleeve antenna. For optimal performance, ensure the antennas are positioned at a 90-degree angle to each other and are not obstructed by carbon fiber, metal, or other conductive materials. Avoid bending the antenna tips sharply.

2.4 Connecting the Receiver

The R7308SB supports S.BUS2 input/output and conventional system output (channels 1-8). Connect your servos and other components to the appropriate ports as indicated on the receiver body.

3. Operating

3.1 FASSTest 2.4GHz System

The R7308SB operates on the FASSTest 2.4GHz system, supporting both 18-channel and 12-channel modes. Ensure your transmitter is set to a compatible mode.

3.2 S.BUS2 Functionality

The S.BUS2 system allows for two-way communication, enabling telemetry functions with compatible sensors (sold separately). Connect S.BUS2 devices to the designated S.BUS2 port.

3.3 Battery Failsafe (F/S) Voltage Setting

The Battery Failsafe voltage can be set from your transmitter. This feature ensures that if the receiver's voltage drops below a set threshold, the system will activate failsafe settings (e.g., throttle to idle, servos to a predetermined position) to prevent loss of control. 3.4 External Voltage Monitoring
