1. Introduction

The QPlay Rito Toddler Tricycle is a versatile 3-stage premium push trike designed to grow with your child from 12 months to 5 years. It features easy storage and transportability, a safety harness, an adjustable canopy, and a parent handle. 2. Safety Information

Always ensure your child's safety by adhering to the following guidelines:

• Read all instructions before assembly and use.

• Always use the integrated 3-point safety harness and waist bar to secure your child.
• Supervise children at all times when using the tricycle.
• Do not use on uneven terrain, near stairs, or in traffic.

4. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps for proper assembly:

1. Unfold the Frame: Locate the "2 button fold" mechanism and unfold the main frame until it locks into place.
2. Attach Rear Wheels: Securely attach both rear wheel assemblies to the main frame. Ensure they click into place.
3. Install Front Wheel: Attach the front wheel assembly, ensuring the steering mechanism is correctly aligned.
4. Attach Parent Handle: Insert the parent push handle into the designated slot at the rear of the tricycle until it locks.
5. Install Canopy: Attach the adjustable canopy to the top of the seat frame.
6. Secure Safety Bar: Attach the safety bar/waist bar around the seat. It should click securely into place.
7. Attach Footrests/Pedals: Depending on the child's age, attach the footrests or ensure the pedals are ready for use. The footrests can be adjusted or removed as the child grows.

5. Operating Instructions

The QPlay Rito Tricycle is designed to adapt to your child's growth through three main stages:

Stage 1: Push Trike (12 Months & Up)

• Use the parent push handle to steer and control the tricycle.
• Ensure the child is secured with the 3-point harness and safety bar.
• Footrests should be in place for the child's comfort and safety.

Stage 2: Assisted Tricycle (24 Months & Up)

• The child can begin to use the pedals while the parent still maintains steering control via the push handle.
• The "free handle & wheel clutch" feature allows parents to maintain control even if the child is moving the handlebars or pedals.
• The safety bar can be removed if the child is stable enough.

Stage 3: Independent Tricycle (48 Months & Up)

• The parent push handle and canopy can be removed.
• The child can independently pedal and steer the tricycle.
• Ensure the child is confident and capable of independent operation before transitioning to this stage.

Adjustments:

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe down the frame with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use abrasive cleaners. The fabric parts can be spot cleaned or removed for gentle washing if specified by care labels.
• Tires: The air-filled rubber tires should be checked periodically for proper inflation to ensure a smooth ride and prevent damage.
• Lubrication: Periodically apply a small amount of lubricant to moving parts like wheel axles and pedal mechanisms to ensure smooth operation.
