Setup
Preparing for Acrylic Application
- Ensure your workspace is clean, well-lit, and well-ventilated.
- Gather all components of the acrylic nail kit, including the powder, liquid, brush, and nail forms.
- Prepare your natural nails by cleaning, gently filing, and pushing back cuticles. Ensure nails are free of oils and debris.
Setting up the Electric Nail Drill
- Connect the USB cable to the electric nail drill and a suitable USB power source (e.g., power bank, laptop, AC adapter).
- Select the appropriate nail drill bit for your specific task (e.g., grinding, shaping, cuticle removal, polishing).
- Insert the chosen drill bit firmly into the drill head until it clicks into place. Ensure it is secure before operation.

Operating Instructions
Acrylic Nail Application
- Nail Preparation: Ensure natural nails are clean, dry, and free of oils. Gently push back cuticles.
- Nail Form Application: Carefully place a nail form under the free edge of the natural nail, ensuring it fits snugly and creates a seamless extension of the nail bed.
- Acrylic Bead Creation: Dip the acrylic brush into the acrylic liquid (monomer), then gently wipe off any excess liquid on the edge of the dappen dish. Lightly touch the brush tip into the acrylic powder to pick up a small, wet bead.
- Application: Apply the acrylic bead to the nail form and natural nail, shaping it to create the desired extension, apex, and C-curve. Work efficiently as the acrylic will begin to set.
- Curing: Allow the acrylic to air dry completely. For beginners, the typical drying time is approximately 5-8 minutes, depending on environmental conditions and bead size.
- Shaping: Once the acrylic is fully hardened, carefully remove the nail form. Use the provided nail file to shape, smooth, and refine the acrylic nail to your desired contour.

Electric Nail Drill Usage
- Power On: Turn on the electric nail drill using the power switch located on the USB cable.
- Speed Adjustment: Use the adjustable speed button (0-20,000 RPM) to select the desired rotation speed. Always start with a lower speed, especially for beginners, and gradually increase as needed.
- Direction Control: Use the R/F button to switch between forward and reverse rotation directions. This allows for comfortable use on both hands and for different techniques.
- Grinding/Shaping: Gently guide the drill bit over the nail surface to grind, shape, or smooth acrylic or natural nails. Maintain light, consistent pressure and avoid staying in one spot for too long to prevent heat buildup.
- Cuticle/Dead Skin Removal: Use specific bits (e.g., Needle Head, Safety Bit) at a low speed to carefully and gently remove excess cuticles and dead skin around the nail plate.
- Polishing: For a smooth finish, use fine-grit sanding bands or specialized polishing bits.
- Gel Polish Removal: Utilize appropriate bits (e.g., Ceramic Cone Bits) to gently and safely remove gel nail polish without damaging the natural nail.
- Power Off: After use, turn off the drill and disconnect it from the power source.

Maintenance
Electric Nail Drill Care
- After each use, clean the drill bits with a small brush to remove dust and debris.
- Disinfect drill bits with an appropriate disinfectant solution to maintain hygiene.
- Store the electric drill and its bits in a dry, clean place, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
- Do not immerse the electric drill machine in water or any liquids. Clean the body with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
Acrylic Brush Care
- Clean the acrylic brush immediately after each use with brush cleaner or monomer to prevent acrylic from hardening in the bristles.
- Reshape the bristles to their original form and store the brush flat or hanging downwards to maintain its shape.
General Kit Maintenance
- Keep acrylic powder and liquid containers tightly sealed when not in use to prevent contamination, moisture absorption, and evaporation.
- Store all products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Troubleshooting
Acrylic Nails
- Problem: Acrylic not setting or taking too long to harden.
Solution: Ensure the correct liquid-to-powder ratio is used. Too much liquid can slow curing. Work in a well-ventilated area, but avoid strong drafts that can interfere with the chemical reaction. Ensure the acrylic liquid is fresh and not expired. - Problem: Acrylic lifting or yellowing after application.
Solution: Ensure proper nail preparation (clean, dehydrated, no oils). Avoid excessive exposure to UV light (from sun or tanning beds) which can cause yellowing. Ensure the acrylic liquid is not contaminated and is stored correctly. Proper application technique is crucial to prevent lifting.
Electric Nail Drill
- Problem: Drill not turning on.
Solution: Check the USB connection to both the drill and the power source. Ensure the power source is active and the power switch on the cable is in the "on" position. Try a different USB port or power adapter. - Problem: Drill bits not spinning or feeling loose.
Solution: Ensure the drill bit is fully and securely inserted into the chuck mechanism. If the bit is worn, replace it. - Problem: Drill overheating during use.
Solution: Reduce pressure applied during use. Allow the drill to cool down if it feels warm. Avoid prolonged continuous use; take short breaks. Ensure the ventilation holes (if any) are not blocked.
