1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing the Keebar Gooseneck Electric Kettle. This manual provides important information for the safe and efficient operation of your new appliance. Please read it thoroughly before first use and retain it for future reference.

2. Important Safety Instructions
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons, including the following:
- Read all instructions.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, do not immerse cord, plugs, or electric kettle in water or other liquid.

- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
- This kettle features an automatic shut-off function and boil-dry protection for enhanced safety.
- Ensure the lid is properly secured before boiling to prevent hot water or steam from escaping.
- The internal silicone lock is food-grade and designed to detect water temperature for auto-shutoff.

4. Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials from the kettle and power base.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, fill the kettle with water to the MAX line. Boil the water, then discard it. Repeat this process 2-3 times to remove any manufacturing residues.
- Placement: Place the power base on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface. Ensure the power cord is not dangling where it can be pulled or tripped over.
- Connect Power: Plug the power base into a standard electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions
- Fill Kettle: Open the lid and fill the kettle with fresh water. Do not fill below the MIN line or above the MAX line (0.8L). Overfilling may cause boiling water to spill out.
- Place on Base: Place the kettle firmly onto the power base.
- Start Boiling: Press the power switch located on the base or handle (depending on model variation) to begin the boiling process. The indicator light will illuminate.
- Automatic Shut-off: The kettle will automatically turn off once the water reaches a rolling boil. The indicator light will extinguish.
- Pouring: The gooseneck spout is designed for precise and controlled pouring, ideal for pour-over coffee or tea. Pour slowly and steadily.
- Re-boiling: If you need to re-boil water immediately after it has boiled, wait a few seconds for the internal thermostat to reset before pressing the switch again.

6. Cleaning & Maintenance
Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your kettle.
- Always unplug the kettle from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the kettle and power base with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may damage the finish.
- Interior Cleaning: The kettle is made from 100% stainless steel. For general cleaning, rinse the interior with water. For stubborn stains or mineral deposits (limescale), you can use a descaling solution or a mixture of vinegar and water. Fill the kettle with a 1:1 solution of white vinegar and water, let it sit for an hour (or boil for severe buildup), then rinse thoroughly several times.
- Do not immerse the kettle or power base in water or any other liquid.
- Hand Wash Only: This product is not dishwasher safe.
- The unique "no pipe" design inside the kettle makes cleaning easier and safer, preventing scratches.
