Setup

Charging the Battery:

1. Connect the charger to a suitable power outlet.
2. Slide the 20 V (4 Ah) Lithium-ion battery onto the charger. Ensure it clicks into place.
3. The LED indicator on the charger will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 60 minutes for a 4 Ah battery.
4. Once fully charged, the charger will automatically stop charging. Remove the battery from the charger.

Attaching the Battery:

1. Align the battery with the base of the impact wrench handle.
2. Slide the battery firmly into place until it locks securely.
3. Check the 3-level LED battery indicator on the battery to confirm charge level.

Attaching a Socket Wrench:

1. Ensure the tool is switched off and the battery is removed for safety.
2. Push the desired socket wrench (17, 19, 21, or 23 mm) onto the ½" external square tool holder until it clicks securely into place.
3. To remove, pull the socket wrench firmly off the tool holder.

Operating Instructions

Selecting Torque Level:

The impact wrench features 5 selectable torque levels (100/150/200/300/400 Nm) with a memory function. Refer to the tool's interface for specific instructions on how to cycle through and select the desired torque setting for your application.

Forward/Reverse Rotation:

Use the forward/reverse switch, typically located above the trigger, to select the desired rotation direction (clockwise for tightening, counter-clockwise for loosening).

Starting and Stopping:

1. To start the tool, press the trigger. The integrated LED work light will illuminate.
2. The speed and impact frequency are continuously controlled by the amount of pressure applied to the trigger.
3. To stop the tool, release the trigger.
