1. Product Overview
The PALL Power Plus is a portable, waterproof Bluetooth speaker designed for outdoor and indoor use. It features Bluetooth 5.0 for stable connections, True Wireless Stereo (TWS) functionality for pairing two speakers, and IPX7 waterproofing for protection against water immersion.

2. Setup
2.1 Charging the Speaker
Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the speaker and to a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged. A full charge typically takes approximately 3-4 hours.
2.2 Powering On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the Power button (U) for 2-3 seconds until you hear an audible tone and the LED indicator lights up.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button (U) for 2-3 seconds until you hear an audible tone and the LED indicator turns off.
2.3 Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the speaker is powered on and in pairing mode. The LED indicator will flash blue rapidly.
- On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth.
- Search for available devices and select "PALL Power Plus" from the list.
- Once connected, the LED indicator will turn solid blue, and you will hear a confirmation tone.

2.4 True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing
The TWS function allows you to pair two PALL Power Plus speakers together for a stereo audio experience.
- Ensure both PALL Power Plus speakers are powered on and not connected to any Bluetooth device.
- On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), press and hold the TWS button (often indicated by two interlocking circles or a similar icon) for 2-3 seconds. You will hear a tone, and the speaker will enter TWS pairing mode.
- The primary speaker will automatically search for the secondary speaker. Once connected, both speakers will emit a confirmation tone, and their LED indicators will show a synchronized status (e.g., solid blue on primary, flashing blue on secondary, or both solid).
- Now, connect your mobile device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described in section 2.3. Audio will play through both speakers in stereo.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Control Panel Functions
The speaker features touch controls for various functions:
- Power Button (U): Press and hold to power on/off. Short press to play/pause music.
- Volume Up (+): Short press to increase volume. Long press for next track.
- Volume Down (-): Short press to decrease volume. Long press for previous track.
- Mode Button (M): Short press to switch between Bluetooth, Auxiliary (AUX), and TF Card modes.
- TWS Button: Press and hold to initiate TWS pairing (see section 2.4).
3.2 Auxiliary (AUX) Input
To play audio from a device without Bluetooth, use the AUX input:
- Connect one end of a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) to the AUX port on the speaker.
- Connect the other end to the audio output of your device.
- Press the Mode button (M) on the speaker until it switches to AUX mode.
3.3 TF Card Playback
The speaker supports playback from a TF (MicroSD) card:
- Insert a TF card with audio files into the TF card slot on the speaker.
- Press the Mode button (M) on the speaker until it switches to TF Card mode. Playback will begin automatically.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Waterproofing (IPX7)
The PALL Power Plus speaker is IPX7 waterproof, meaning it can be immersed in water up to 1 meter (3 feet) for 30 minutes. Ensure the charging port and other covers are securely closed before exposing the speaker to water.

4.2 Cleaning
Clean the speaker with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents, as these may damage the surface or internal components.
4.3 Storage
Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for an extended period, charge the battery to approximately 50% every few months to prolong battery life.
5. Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the speaker is charged. Connect it to a power source using the USB Type-C cable.
- Cannot Pair via Bluetooth:
- Ensure the speaker is in pairing mode (flashing blue LED).
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and it is within range (up to 10 meters).
- Forget "PALL Power Plus" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
- Restart both the speaker and your device.
- No Sound:
- Check the volume levels on both the speaker and your connected device.
- Ensure the correct input mode (Bluetooth, AUX, TF Card) is selected.
- If using AUX, ensure the cable is fully inserted and functional.
- TWS Pairing Failure:
- Ensure both speakers are powered on and not connected to any other Bluetooth device.
- Place speakers close to each other during TWS pairing.
- Repeat the TWS pairing steps (Section 2.4).
